A very pretty campsite with superb natural surroundings, but it's a shame that for a 4* campsite there's no drainage near the pitches, with puddles of stagnant water right next to the taps. The loud music is unpleasantly omnipresent during the day and late at night in July. Friendly staff Lack of regular maintenance of water areas (slides and footbaths).

Très joli camping avec des espaces naturels superbes, dommage que pour un 4* il n'y ai pas d'écoulement à proximité des emplacements, flaques d'eau stagnante à l'aplomb des robinets .La musique forte est désagréablement omniprésente jour et tard dans la nuit en Juillet. Personnel accueillant Manque d'entretien régulier des zones aquatiques.(toboggans et pédiluves)

We booked a hoara Mobilehome for a weekend with friends in September and had a great time at the campsite. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. The luxury mobile homes are really classy. I highly recommend this campsite.

We booked a two-night stay for a nearby wedding. A week before the wedding, we sent an email asking if it was possible to cancel the second night: we received no reply. We then tried to contact them by phone, without success. We left messages which also went unanswered. When we picked up the keys, we told the manager that we'd only be staying one night, and that we'd tried to contact them several times by phone and e-mail. He told us that our request had been taken into consideration. At the end of our stay, we asked him if it was possible to reimburse us for the extra night, but he refused, hiding behind the general terms and conditions of sale, without giving any explanation for the lack of response to our messages, and without apologizing. What's more, we found the mobile home not very clean: there was dust under the beds, traces of dirt on the walls and ceiling, and the pillow protectors were too small. In short, a campsite to be avoided.

Nous avons réservé un séjour pour deux nuits, pour un mariage à proximité. Une semaine avant le mariage, nous avons envoyé un mail pour demander s'il était possible d'annuler la seconde nuit : nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse. Nous avons ensuite essayé de les joindre par téléphone, sans succès. Nous avons laissé des messages qui sont restés, eux aussi, sans réponse. Lorsque nous avons récupéré les clés, nous avons signalé au gérant que nous resterions qu'une seule nuit, et que nous avions tenté de les joindre à multiples reprises par téléphone et par mail. Il nous a annoncé que notre demande avait été prise en considération. À la fin du séjour, nous lui avons demandé s'il était possible de nous rembourser la nuit en surplus, il a refusé en se retranchant derrière les conditions générales de ventes, sans donner d'explication sur les non réponses à nos messages, et sans s'excuser. De plus, nous avons trouvé le mobil-home pas très propre : de la poussière sous les lits, des traces de salissure sur les murs et le plafond, et les protections pour les oreillers sont trop petites. En bref, camping à éviter.
