  Cancellation Policy

  
  

  Cancellation must be made in writing (including by e-mail).

  • In the event of cancellation on the part of the Renter, the postmark date or the date of date of e-mail.
  • In the event of cancellation on the part of the Tenant, the Tenant will owe compensation to Landlord. This compensation amounts:
  • Until 70 days before the arrival date: the down payment
  • If canceled from 70 days to 42 days before arrival: 50% of the principal sum;
  • For cancellation from 42 days to 28 days before the arrival day: 75% of the principal amount;
  • If canceled from 28 days to 14 days before the arrival date: 90% of the principal sum;
  • For cancellation from 14 days before arrival day: 100% of the principal sum.

  If Tenant within 24 hours after the agreed arrival date without further notice has not arrived, then this will be considered by Landlord considered as a cancellation.

  If Tenant leaves before the agreed departure day, then the owe the full rental price.

  In case of cancellation, the rent will be refunded proportionally, after deduction of the administration fee, if Glamping Lodge/Pod, Tiny House or Yurt by a third party, on the recommendation of Tenant and with the written consent of Landlord is reserved for the same period or part thereof.
