Dagje Virton
Virton is een leuk stadje met pittoreske straatjes, historische gebouwen en prachtige omgeving, op 17 minuten rijden van de camping. Bezoek de Romaanse kerk van Saint-Laurent en de neogotische kerk van Saint-Michel. Er is een bruisend cultureel leven met muziekfestivals, theater- en dansvoorstellingen en exposities van lokale kunstenaars. Virton is ook bekend om zijn gastronomie, met tal van restaurants en lokale specialiteiten, waaronder de beroemde Gaumse vleespastei en trappistenbieren van de Abdij van Orval.


Put on your hiking boots
In the Upper Sûre Natural Park, a 20-minute drive from the campground, there are beautiful hiking trails through forests, valleys and along the banks of the Sûre River. Or walk the Path of Legends, a themed hiking trail starting from the Castle of Bouillon, about 45 minutes away, which takes you past various legends and historical sites. The Forest of Anlier, a 30-minute drive from the campground, also has hiking trails through the woods and hills.
The Ducal Museum in Bouillon
This museum is a must-see attraction for anyone interested in history and culture. Located in the heart of the medieval town of Bouillon, the museum offers a fascinating look into the history of the Dukes of Bouillon and the region of the Belgian Ardennes. Wij kwamen hier 17 oktober aan op doorreis naar het zuiden. Dit is voor ons de derde keer op deze camping. Jammer genoeg werden we beiden ziek, maar de eigenaar bood onmiddellijk hulp aan voor als we iets nodig zouden hebben. Het seizoen is voorbij, dus het is erg rustig, en het restaurant en zwembad zijn natuurlijk gesloten, maar het sanitair is heerlijk verwarmd en schoon. Bovendien is er iedere dag heerlijk brood en croissants e.d. van een echte Franse bakker.

A fuir !!! Le gérant du camping est malhonnête ! Ce camping figure dans le guide Campingcard ACSI avec un tarif réduit de 21,00 € du 27 août au 31 octobre (N° 402, page 349 du guide pour les pays du nord). Nous sommes arrivés au camping le 14 septembre à 19:00. Je suis resté devant la barrière dans le camping-car pendant que ma compagne se rendait à l'accueil pour payer en présentant la Campingcard ACSI. Le lendemain, après notre arrivée au camping municipal de Molsheim, j'ai été surpris en lisant notre carnet de route de constater que notre nuitée à Tintigny avait coûté 25,00 €. J'ai interrogé ma compagne, et elle m'a dit que lorsqu'elle s'était étonnée que le gérant lui réclame 25,00 € au lieu de 21,00 €, celui-ci lui avait répondu que le prix était "le même pour tout le monde" ! Si je l'avais su plus tôt, je serais bien évidemment allé réclamer à l'accueil, mais il était trop tard, nous étions déjà arrivés en Alsace, notre destination. Inutile de préciser qu'au retour nous n'avons pas fait halte à Tintigny dans la nuit du 27 au 28 septembre, mais à Bertrix, bien que le tarif de ce camping soit un peu plus élevé (23,00 €). Mais au moins, ses gérants sont honnêtes et ont respecté le tarif affiché dans le guide ACSI !

Camping agréable et très tranquille. Sanitaires très bien entretenus. Parcelles pour camping car très bien amménagées. Etant de passage nous n'avons pas profités de tous les services.

Wij zijn met een grote groep leden van de Twentse Caravan Club op deze camping geweest. De totale camping is uitstekend. Goede voorzieningen en zeer prettige eigenaren waar veel mee te overleggen is. Kortom wij komen hier nog graag een keer terug!

Wir waren für 1 Nacht mit dem Wohnmobil dort. Schöner Platz mit guter Infrastruktur. Nettes, kompetentes und freundliches Personal. Ich denke, man könnte hier auch eine Woche bleiben.
