To find out if an accommodation is available, go to the accommodation page. On the right side under the heading 'View price & availability' you can select your desired dates. The green circled data indicates the available data, the gray crossed out numbers are not available. Then click 'Book' to check if the property is actually available. Please note that it may happen that a campsite works with fixed arrival and departure days. It may also happen that the provider uses a minimum number of nights, this information can be found on the accommodation page under the heading 'Practical information'.
>>> Where can I find the booking conditions?
The booking conditions can be found on the park and accommodation page under the heading 'Practical information'.
>>> What is the minimum age to book?
The minimum age for the main booker via Glampings.com is 18 years.
Please note: some parks use a higher minimum age (for example 21+). This varies per park and can be found in the general conditions of the park in question. We advise you to always check these conditions carefully before booking.
>>> Can I book 2 accommodations at the same time?
Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to book 2 accommodations at the same time. You can book the chosen accommodation(s) one by one.
>>> Do you also have accommodations for groups?
Yes of course! There are several possibilities for glamping with a group. Check out our offer for groups on this page: Glamping for groups.
>>> Can I book for a longer term (3+ weeks)?
Glampings.com is a booking platform for recreational stays and holidays. Therefore, it is not possible to book accommodations for longer terms via Glampings.com.
>>> What is the minimum number of nights I can book?
The minimum number of nights you can book for accommodation varies by provider. You can find the minimum number of nights on the accommodation page under the heading 'Practical information'.
>>> What is a preferred booking?
A preferred booking means that you can pass on a preference for a specific accommodation or location at the park, for example close to the sanitary building or with a nice view. You can see whether a preferred booking is possible during booking at the extras in the booking street. This also states whether there are additional costs associated with this.
>>> How can I make a preferred booking?
Some accommodations may indicate in the booking street that you want to make a preferred booking. This is then offered as an 'extra'. This option is not shown for other accommodations. Is this option not among the 'extras' in the booking street but do you still want to check if there is a possibility of a preferential booking? Please contact our customer service. We are happy to talk to you. Please note: a preferred booking is not always possible.
>>> Can I book multiple accommodations at the same time?
Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to book multiple accommodations at the same time. You can book the chosen accommodation(s) one by one. To make sure that multiple accommodations are available, feel free to contact our customer service.
>>> Can I bring my pet?
Whether pets are allowed varies per accommodation. On the accommodation page you will find under 'Facilities and activities' under the heading 'General' whether pets are allowed. Please note: at some accommodations, only certain units are pet friendly. This means that not all accommodations are suitable for pets and that there may be no more pet-friendly accommodations available for your desired period. Therefore, always check carefully in the booking street whether you can add your pet as an extra. This way you can be sure that your pet is welcome during your stay. >>> How many pets can I bring?
How many pets are allowed varies by property. The easiest way to check this is on the first page of the booking street. Under the heading 'Extras' you can indicate how many pets you want to take with you. The number you can select here is the maximum number of pets allowed for this accommodation. >>> Can I book a baby cot and/or high chair?
It varies per accommodation whether it is possible to book a baby cot and/or high chair. This information can be found most quickly under the heading 'Facilities and activities' on the page of the accommodation page.
>>> Are bed linen and/or towels provided?
Whether bed linen and/or towels are provided varies per accommodation. Under the heading 'Facilities and activities' you will find information about the accommodation's facilities, including bed linen and towels. During booking you will see whether bed linen and/or towels are included in the price, are mandatory or can possibly be booked as an additional option. This is clearly reflected in the booking street and in the total price. It varies by accommodation whether bed linen and/or towels are provided. When bed linen is provided, this is mentioned under the heading 'Facilities and activities'. It is indicated here whether bed linen is included or can be added. If nothing is mentioned about this, it can be assumed that bed linen must be brought.

To book bed linen and/or towels, first enter the desired travel dates and click on 'Book', which will redirect you to the booking street. In the booking street you can then see which extras are available for the accommodation. If the campsite offers it, you can easily book bed linen and/or towels here.

It varies per accommodation whether private sanitary facilities are present. This is always indicated on the page of the accommodation itself. The easiest way to check if an accommodation has a private bathroom is on the accommodation page directly below the photos. Here you will find the main features of the accommodation, including the presence of a private bathroom. If no bathroom is listed, use the sanitary facilities at the park.

Whether barbecue is allowed varies per accommodation. On the accommodation page, under 'Facilities and activities' you will find information about the rules and existing facilities of the stay.

Whether Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation can be viewed on the accommodation page under the heading 'Facilities and activities'. Under the heading 'General' it is stated whether Wi-Fi is available and whether it is free or paid.
>>> Is there air conditioning and/or heating?
Whether air conditioning or heating is available in the accommodation can be checked on the accommodation page under the heading 'Facilities and activities'. Under the heading 'General' it is stated whether there is heating or air conditioning. If this is not mentioned, it can be assumed that these facilities are not included in the accommodation.
>>> Are there any kitchen utensils available?
On the accommodation page you will find under 'Facilities and activities' under the heading 'Kitchen' which kitchen facilities are available. This cup is only displayed when the property has a kitchen.
>>> Are there charging stations for electric cars?
On the park page you will find under 'Facilities and activities' under the heading 'General facilities' which facilities are available. When 'electric car charging option' is listed here, it is possible to charge an electric car at the park.

>>> When can I check in?
Check-in and check-out times can be found on the property's page. By scrolling down, the heading 'Practical information' becomes visible. Under this heading you will find the check-in and check-out times of the accommodation.
>>> Can I check in early/late?
Whether early/late check-in is possible varies by accommodation. For some stays, you can add early/late check-in as an additional option during booking. Is this option not displayed? Then after making your booking, you can contact the provider of the stay directly to discuss the possibilities. Of course you can always contact our customer service.
>>> Can I check out later?
Whether a late check-out is possible varies by accommodation. At some stays, you can add a late check-out as an additional option during the booking process. Is this option not displayed? >>> Do I have to clean myself before leaving?
This varies by accommodation and provider. For some stays, cleaning fees are included in the price, for other accommodations these are charged separately or you can add them as an extra option when booking. The conditions of departure also differ per stay. Sometimes you are expected to leave the accommodation tidy or clean it yourself, while in other cases this is fully taken care of by the provider. When booking, you can see in the price overview which cleaning fees apply. Whether you can park at the property varies by park and accommodation. Sometimes this can be done right next to the accommodation, sometimes on the property nearby and sometimes in a central parking lot in the park. On the park page you can find under 'Facilities and activities' and then 'General facilities' whether parking is available at or near the park.
>>> Do I have to pay a deposit?
Whether a deposit must be paid varies by accommodation and provider. During the booking you can see in the price overview whether a deposit applies. More information about the deposit, payment and conditions can be found in the provider's general terms and conditions and in the booking confirmation you receive after booking.
>>> How and when will I get my deposit back?
The refund of the deposit will be made through the property's provider. Because this varies per provider, we recommend that you carefully read the terms and conditions and the information in the booking confirmation. When you have booked with Glampings.com, you agree to the provider's terms and conditions. This means that the further handling of the booking lies with the provider. For changes, such as an adjustment of the dates, the number of people or extras, you can contact the provider directly. If it is not possible to get in touch with the provider, Glampings.com customer service can be contacted.
>>> To whom do I report changes or a cancellation?
When you make a booking through Glampings.com, you enter into an agreement with the accommodation provider. After making your booking, you will receive a reservation confirmation from Glampings.com and a booking confirmation from the provider. You can use the contact details in this confirmation to contact the provider directly for questions, changes or cancellations of your booking. >>> How does it work with the payment?
Payments are always made directly through the accommodation provider In most cases, you can pay directly via the payment methods offered by the provider. In some cases, you pay partially (for example, with early bird promotions) or you first receive a confirmation email from the provider with the options to pay.
>>> What payment options are there?
Payment options vary by provider. The possible payment methods for the desired accommodation can be found in the booking street of the accommodation, at the bottom of the 'Total Price' - here it says 'Payment Methods'. You will enter the booking street by first selecting the desired dates of the accommodation and clicking on 'Book'. You will then be redirected to the booking street, provided that the accommodation is available on the desired dates.
>>> Can I pay cash at the park?
The available payment methods can be found during booking, in the booking street, at the bottom of the Total Price on the right. This indicates which payment methods are available, as well as whether you can pay in cash on location. In most cases, it is not possible to pay cash at the park, unless specifically stated. Do you doubt? Please feel free to contact our customer service. If you have already booked, it is best to contact the provider of your accommodation directly.
>>> What happens if I don't pay on time?
If you do not pay on time, the continuation depends on the accommodation provider. If payment is not made, the provider can cancel your booking according to the applicable booking conditions. These booking conditions can be found in the 'Practical Information' on the park page and at the bottom of the property page. Can't pay on time? Then contact the provider as soon as possible.
>>> Do I have to pay the full amount immediately?
This depends on the provider. In some cases you pay the full amount immediately during booking, in other cases you first make a deposit and pay the remaining amount at a later time. You can find information about payment terms under 'Practical information' under the heading 'Payment information' on the accommodation and park page.
>>> Did my payment go through well?

>>> Do I pay cleaning fees?
It varies by provider whether you pay for cleaning costs. Sometimes the cleaning costs are included in the price, sometimes they are charged on top of the rental price and in other cases the cleaning fee is an option. During the booking you will see in the booking street under the 'Total Price' whether these costs are already included, are mandatory added or an extra that you can book.
>>> Why am I paying to a party other than Glampings.com?
Glampings.com is a platform that works with different providers. When you make a booking, you enter into an agreement with the accommodation provider. Therefore, payment is made through this party and not through Glampings.com. During booking, you can clearly see through which party the payment is made.
>>> Can I pay in installments?
Payment terms vary by provider and depend on the remaining period between the time of booking and the actual stay. On the accommodation page, under the heading 'Practical information' you will find the 'Payment information' with a specific description of the installments. In the case of a short-term booking, in most cases the full amount (100%) must be paid immediately.
>>> What should I do if my payment has failed?
First, check that the amount has been debited from your account. Then contact the park immediately to prevent the booking from being automatically canceled. If you still need help after this, please contact our customer service via Customer Services Glampings.com
>>> Are there any additional costs?
Glampings.com does not charge any additional fees for making a booking. Any additional costs from the provider, such as cleaning fees, deposit or tourist tax, are clearly displayed during booking under the 'Total Price'. These costs vary per accommodation.
>>> What exactly does Glampings.com do?
Glampings.com is an online booking platform for glamping holidays in Europe. On our platform you will find special accommodations in nature, such as safari tents, lodges, tiny houses and treehouses. We work together with campsites, holiday parks and providers to make it easy to find and book your next glamping holiday directly.

At the moment we only offer glamping accommodations on our website and no camping pitches.
