>>> Is there still availability?
The availability and prices for specific dates can be found via the 'Search & Book' function. Enter the desired dates, the number of people, and optionally (the country of) the desired destination. Then all available accommodations will be displayed. If there is no availability, it may be that the accommodation(s) are already fully booked or that you can only rent the accommodation for a minimum number of nights.
>>> Can I bring a pet?
It varies per accommodation whether pets are allowed. You can often find this information in the amenities of the accommodation. You can also check the Glamping with Dog page, where you can see which accommodations allow you to bring your dog!
>>> Are there bedding packages available at the accommodation?
It varies per accommodation whether bedding packages are included, can be booked separately, or if you need to bring your own. This information is listed on the page of the specific accommodation.
>>> Is there always a bathroom in the accommodation?
It varies per accommodation whether private sanitary facilities are available. This is always indicated on the page of the specific accommodation, so you can check it there.
>>> What are the cancellation policies?
The terms applied by the park can be found in the final step of the booking process. The terms may differ per provider. Would you like to view these terms in advance? You can also find the terms on the park page and the accommodation page.
>>> Who do I contact to make changes or cancel a booking?
When you book via Glampings, you enter into an agreement with the provider of the accommodation. You will always receive a confirmation from the provider after your booking. For changes or cancellations, you can easily contact the provider directly. They can assist you quickly and efficiently with any questions or changes to your booking. >>> How does the payment work?
Payments are always made directly to the provider, Glampings is not involved in this. In most cases, you can pay directly using the payment methods offered by the provider. In some cases, you make a partial payment (for example, with early booking promotions) or you first receive a confirmation email with the payment options.
>>> Can I book 2 accommodations at the same time?
It is unfortunately not yet possible to book 2 accommodations at the same time. However, you can book the selected accommodation(s) one by one.
>>> Is it possible to book an accommodation for 1 or 2 nights?
Unfortunately, not all accommodations are available for 1 or 2 nights. If an accommodation can be booked for 1 or 2 nights, this will be visible in the reservation section at the bottom of the accommodation page.
>>> Do you also offer group accommodations?
Yes, absolutely! There are various options for glamping with a group. Check out our group offerings on this page: Glamping for groups.
>>> Do you also offer camping pitches?
At the moment, we only offer glamping accommodations on our website and no camping pitches.
>>> Do I have to be 18 years old to book?
Yes, we only accept bookings if the main booker is 18 years or older at the time of booking. It is unfortunately not possible to book with a group under 18 years old.
