Organic products, Homemade products, with milk from home, cream from home... Well >_< Let's be honest... Since when does a farm produce or have the equipment to produce powdered organic egg yolks, pasteurized farm milk powder... The little lady is nice and very polite, I think there's a real desire to do sth. But I've rarely seen so many ingredients used to make local ice cream, on the spot and with farm produce. I find that a little disappointing.
