Cela fait la 4e année que je loue ce chalet. Au début, tout se passait bien, mais malheureusement, d’année en année, la qualité se dégrade. ➖ Le plancher grince énormément à chaque pas, ce qui devient gênant au quotidien. ➖ Le pommeau de douche est presque bouché : le débit est très faible. ➖ Le four ne fonctionne plus. ➖ La machine à café est un vieux modèle à filtre, pas pratique. ➖ J’ai payé 70 € de caution pour un parasol que je n’ai jamais reçu malgré 4 jours d’attente. Résultat : impossible de profiter de la terrasse le matin. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’endroit est agréable, proche de la mer, et moi ainsi que mes enfants l’aimons beaucoup. Mais à ce prix, on attend un minimum d’entretien et de réactivité. J’espère sincèrement que les choses s’amélioreront .
