Istria
Istria, Croatia's heart-shaped peninsula, combines Mediterranean charm with rich history. From the Roman mosaics in Poreč to the colorful streets of Rovinj, every corner tells a story. Enjoy local specialties like truffles and olive oil, or relax by the crystal clear coastlines. With picturesque villages, green hills and a welcoming atmosphere, Istria is a destination that keeps surprising you.

Hum
Hum, known as the smallest town in the world, offers a unique experience. With less than 30 inhabitants and only 12 houses, it feels like stepping back in time. The medieval city walls, old churches and traditional konobas give an authentic picture of Istrian culture. A visit to Hum is a short but memorable journey through history and tradition
Poreč
Poreč, located on the west coast of Istria, is a town where history meets modern life. The old city center houses the famous Euphrasius Basilica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with beautiful Byzantine mosaics. The Roman street layout is still visible, with charming alleys full of stores, cafes and restaurants. Along the coast you will find numerous beaches with crystal clear waters, ideal for swimming and snorkeling. For the adventurous traveler, there are opportunities for water sports and cycling routes through the surrounding nature. At night, the town comes alive with cultural events, local markets and a lively atmosphere. Poreč offers a diverse experience that allows for both relaxation and discovery.
Rovinj
Rovinj, located on the west coast of Istria, is known for its colorful houses and lively atmosphere. The old town center, situated on a peninsula, has narrow streets leading to the imposing St. Euphemia Church. The lively harbor is filled with traditional fishing boats and offers stunning views of the surrounding islands. Local markets offer fresh produce and crafts, while the many restaurants let you sample Istrian specialties. Art lovers can enjoy the many galleries and open-air exhibitions. With its mix of culture, gastronomy and natural beauty, Rovinj is a destination not to be missed during your trip through Istria.

Update 2025 September: a campsite can't be that nice when loudspeakers are playing so loudly until 1 a.m. that you can't sleep! Actually, the pitches that are exposed to this noise from the booming bass loudspeakers should be free of charge. Why, despite the "house rules" which state that it should be quiet from 10 p.m. onwards, are you being bothered with this impertinent noise? Therefore, despite all the advantages, only one point. --------------------- ----------------------- -------------------- It depends on which pitch you get. The campsite is laid out in steps (first 4-5 rows) and these pitches are relatively spacious and shady, after that it is sometimes very narrow or hilly, or in the middle of trees without a view. The reception is sometimes overwhelmed and this already at the beginning of June. The washrooms are different. One very modern, luxurious one by the sea, the others rather older. All clean. 3 swimming pools, tennis court, several cafés and restaurants. Unfortunately, in some areas you can hear loud music from the hotel's own bars or neighboring nightclubs/events until well after midnight. The campsite is very large and seamlessly adjoins the Selena Laguna, so you are sure to find a place you like. Summary: a very large campsite, very clean, very busy, sometimes noisy, sometimes pleasantly park-like. Some pitches are not suitable for caravans because of the trees (difficult to maneuver). I would stay there again, but only until June 10 at the most, after that it's too loud and too crowded for me. It's good from the beginning of May and certainly until October.

--------------------- ----------------------- -------------------- Kommt drauf an welchen Platz man bekommt.

Dostęp do prądu zadbane sanitaria cały czas sprzątane. Rezerwacja dokonana on-line, Panie z biura odpisują na maila w przeciągu 30min. Napewno wrócimy. 😁❤️
