This cosy holiday home for 3 people is located on a fenced, private plot on the peaceful outskirts of Kołobrzeg. You stay on the same property as the owner, but you have plenty of outdoor space entirely for yourself – ideal if you love quiet evenings, fresh air and lots of privacy.

The two-storey house is comfortably furnished and has everything you need for a relaxed seaside break. On the ground floor you’ll find a bright living room with a table, chairs and TV, which flows into the open kitchen. Here you can easily prepare your own meals before heading out to explore Kołobrzeg or the beach. On this floor there are also two separate double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs you’ll find a spacious open-plan bedroom with a double bed and a cosy seating area – a lovely spot to unwind with a book or a glass of wine. Outside, the covered terrace with garden furniture invites you to enjoy long breakfasts or laid-back evenings, whatever the weather. There’s also a balcony on the first floor for that extra bit of outdoor space.

The large, fenced garden is perfect if you like being outdoors. Fire up the barbecue and dine al fresco in the dedicated barbecue gazebo, while the kids burn off energy on the trampoline. Parking is available on the property, and the price includes bed linen, towels, electricity, water and final cleaning – no hidden extras.

You’re around 4 km from the wide sandy beach and about 3.5 km from the lively centre of Kołobrzeg. From here, you can easily choose between the quieter west-side beach of the Parsęta River or the more vibrant east-side beach with water sports and more entertainment.

Kołobrzeg has much more to offer than just the beach. Stroll through the seaside park, walk along the promenade and historic pier, or explore the old town with its impressive cathedral. Don’t miss the lighthouse, the sea port and the oceanarium. Travelling with children? The year-round Pomerania Fun Park in Dygowo, about 15 km away, is a fantastic day out with rides, trampolines, a Viking village and a mini zoo. This holiday home is a great base to discover it all at your own pace.
