The cabin sleeps up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms, including a bunk bed room where the lower bed is a comfortable 120 cm wide. On request you can borrow a cot for little ones aged 0–3, so even the smallest traveler can join the adventure. There’s 1 bathroom, and everything is compact, practical and made for relaxed days after being outside.

Inside, you’ll find a comfy living area to chill together, with TV offering Norwegian and international channels via Allente – ideal for a movie night after a long hike. The holiday home also has a 50 Mbit internet connection, so you can easily share your photos or stream your favorite series.

Outside, the cabins are nicely spaced about 10 meters apart, with trees in between for a natural, private feel. Your car is just 10 meters away at the parking area, and you have access to a freezer about 30 meters from the cabin – handy if you’re planning to bring home your catch of the day.

Speaking of fishing: beautiful Oldevannet lake is only 150 meters away. Here you can fish for trout and char, and there’s an indoor filleting space for freshwater fish. If you’ve had a really good day on the water, you can use the filleting area in the boathouse. Want to get out on the lake? Rent the 14-foot boat with 25 HP engine (for a fee) and enjoy the crystal-clear water from up close.

From the cabin you have easy access to some of Norway’s most famous natural highlights: Briksdalsbreen glacier, the Strynefjellet mountain area and the iconic Geirangerfjord are all within reach for unforgettable day trips. Expect snow-capped peaks, mighty glaciers, blue fjords and clear lakes – an epic backdrop for hiking, photography and road trips with your crew.
