Planning a break with a big group of friends or family? This modern holiday home in Falsled (built in 2021) is made for relaxed get-togethers, long dinners and slow mornings with a sea view. The house sits on a 1200 m² natural plot and treats you to panoramic views over the water and the coastline – from the living room, the terrace and even the wellness area.

You have your own private path down to the shore, just 145 metres from the house. Perfect for a quick morning dip, a sunset walk or a day out windsurfing or kayaking along the beautiful coastline.

Inside, the house is bright, stylish and very comfortable. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave, so cooking for a crowd is easy. The large living and dining area has quality Danish furniture and a big TV with Chromecast, so you can stream your own series and films. Thanks to the fibre internet, everyone can stay online without fuss.

There are four bedrooms: three with double beds and one with a double bed plus a bunk bed – ideal when you’re travelling with a group. On top of that there’s a large loft with sleeping space for two more people. For the youngest guests there’s a high chair and a cot ready for use. In total, up to 12 people can sleep comfortably here.

You’ll find two modern bathrooms, and this is where the spa feeling really kicks in. One bathroom has a large whirlpool for up to five people and a beautiful sauna with a big window overlooking the water. Imagine unwinding here after an active day outside – pure bliss. A washing machine is also available, handy for longer stays.

From the living room you step straight out onto the spacious partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Whether you’re grilling fresh fish, having an outdoor breakfast or enjoying drinks under the evening sky, this is where your group will spend a lot of time.

Nearby, the charming village of Falsled offers one of Denmark’s top restaurants, Falsled Kro, plus a small harbour where you can sometimes buy freshly caught fish. This holiday home is not rented to youth groups, so you can expect a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere during your stay.
