Cadre et domaine sublime. Jeux et piscine au top pour les enfants. En revanche, vous payez pour un 5 étoiles mais nous en sommes très loin ! Piscine non surveillée et eau complètement froide. Si vous décidiez de prendre un studio Privilège (N°3 au Rdc), fuyez ! Ménage rapidement fait en surface, tancarville dégoutant, et vous êtes saisi à chaque entrée dans le logement par l'odeur d'humidité, de moisissure et de poussière. Les lits étaient censés être faits à notre arrivée mais l'un d'eux à était omis.... pas très grave mais pour un 5*, le coup du "on vous a mis ce qu'il faut dans un sac pour que vous puissiez le faire" ... c'est moyen. Bref, nous avons nous faire plaisir.... finalement nous retournerons dans un petit camping basique.

Le lieu est idyllique. Le personnel est professionnel et sympathique. Le Domaine est superbe et bien entretenu. (Lits jumeaux craquent!)

So many activities & beautiful setting. Some reviews of this one worried me but it is really charming with such good activities - trampoforest is brilliant in particular, petting zoo too - all included. And more... Excellent restaurant with high quality food. Brilliant pool & slides though a touch more heated would be good. The site has real charm and refinement, (in contrast to more expensive yelloh we went to after!) It is a bit let down by poor reception, nothing is explained and shared about the site you just get a map, we had to ask about kids club as it wasnt mentioned. We also arrived at 12 and told impossible to check in any earlier than 5 on a non changeover day. Also changing rooms at pool are not great - bit smelly. None of these are big things but if fixed this place would be just stunning & top notch.

Bonjour, Malheureusement nous avons été déçu de la qualité de notre semaine de vacances du 10 au 17 août. Le parc aquatique commence à être vétusté, aucunes sécurité pas de personnel pour surveiller les "règles" affichés à l'entrée. Le restaurant franchement très déçue autant part la qualité des plats que du service j'appelle cela se moquer des clients... Heureusement qu'il y a le snack qui lui est plutôt correct et bien moins cher. Manque de communication pour l'accès à la mini ferme qui n'est pas accessible lors des spectacles qui accueillent du public extérieur... Pas d'accès au jardin lors des mariages... Au final sur 7 jours nous n'avons pas pu nous balader comme on le souhaitait. La circulation sur le site est continue stressant quand on des enfants car les véhicules pour certains arrivent vite. Nous avions d'autres attentes pour un 5 étoiles.
