General information

Stay in this unique accommodation that combines the best of a tent and a chalet. At night you will sleep comfortably under the tent canvas on the upper floor, while during the day you can relax in the cozy living room and fully equipped kitchen of the wooden cabin on the first floor.

The Cahuttes were located on stilts in the middle of the trees, giving you an unforgettable experience! This accommodation, with a spacious terrace of 16 m², can accommodate up to 5 people and is fully equipped. Plus point: bed linen and towels are included!

On the first floor you will find a common room with a kitchenette (including sink, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and dishes), a dining area and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the upper floor, under the canvas, there are sleeping places with 1 double mattress (140 × 200) and 3 single mattresses (60 × 200).

Outside you can enjoy a wooden terrace with table and chairs, a parasol, 2 folding chairs and a plancha.

    Mooie natuur, maar verblijf voldeed niet aan onze verwachtingen Pluspunten: Prachtige omgeving, veel groen en rust. Leuke activiteiten op en rond het park. Rondje met de koets vonden de kinderen prachtig. Divers speelgerij te gebruiken. Er liggen bootjes klaar in het meertje. Gratis te gebruiken. Buitenplancha bij de cabin is leuk om je vers gescoorde cote de boeuf te bakken. Houtkachel is heerlijk op koude dagen. Cabin is sfeervol en eenvoudig. Ruime plekken. De markt in Senonches zelf. We kochten er verste pasta’s en saus, aanrader. Verderop kochten we een gegrild kippetje met pommes en ratatouille. Heerlijk! Natuurlijk plenty fantastische kazen etc. Minpunten: Ontvangst. Na een flinke rit kom je aan. Auto buiten het hek parkeren en een wandelingetje langs het meer. Prachtig maar na ruim 10 uur had ik het wel gehad en wilde zsm languit met een biertje en de beentjes omhoog. Het inchecken stelt niets voor. Dus sjok je weer terug naar je auto om deze op de parkeerplaats achter de slagboom te zetten en vervolgens je auto over te laden in karretjes om daarna de halve camping over te sleuren met jengelende kinderen. Het inchecken had met een mailtje afgedaan kunnen worden wat mij betreft. Code voor de slagboom zeker. 2512A. Even parkeren bij de receptie, scheelt gedoe. Restaurant, slecht: werken met horeca pagers. Je bestelt je eten en krijgt een pager. Voor je pizza dien je je bestelling opnieuw door te geven maar dan buiten bij de pizzahut. Tweede pager. Duurt 15 min meneer. Na 30 min ging ik eens kijken. U bent de volgende meneer. Eindscore; Hamburger zo rauw dat je de koe weer kon assembleren, pizza’s onvoldoende gebakken. Bleek en slap. Zelfs de kinderen klaagden. Feedback werd afgedaan met “anderen zijn wel tevreden”. Ter compensatie kon ik een crêpe krijgen… gingen we niet mee akkoord uiteraard. Zonde, want het concept biedt wel potentie. We kwamen er niet meer terug. Voor het gebruik van de wasmachine betaal je 5 euro per wasbeurt. Eén machine was defect, de andere steeds bezet door personeel. We ontvingen slechts één handdoek per persoon, ook bij een langer verblijf. Je handdoeken wassen bleek dus een opgave. Enkele personeelsleden rijden hard rond met voertuigen, ondanks dat het park autovrij hoort te zijn. Meer campinggevoel dan verwacht, terwijl de presentatie luxer doet vermoeden. Personeel laat een gemengde indruk achter: enerzijds jong en onervaren personeel dat “een vakantiebaantje heeft” anderzijds vermoedelijk meer ervaren maar ongastvrij personeel dat niet klantgericht overkomt. Het lijkt te ontbreken aan een goede manager met hospitality mindset. Conclusie: De natuur en rust zijn pluspunten, maar door gebrekkige service werd het voor ons geen Huttopi-ja maar een Huttopi-nee.

    Le cadre dans la foret est incroyable, l'équipe est présente, aimable et efficace, et les activités proposées sont très bien. Nos enfants de 3 et 6 étaient ravis et nous aussi. Je recommande !
