    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

    Uit enthousiasme deze camping geboekt voor een week in augustus, echter na 3 uur weer geannuleerd in verband met de reistijd (dit was te lang voor ons en was ik vergeten te checken). Er wordt totaal niet meegedacht over terugbetaling of wat dan ook, starten alleen maar een discussie. Klantvriendelijkheid ver te zoeken, lijkt vooral om geld te gaan.

    Petite nuit en mobil-home, réservée en (presque) dernière minute... Le mobil-home était très plaisant: bien équipé, bien exposé... La piscine extérieure était propre, limpide... mais glaciale! Pour une piscine chauffée, il manquait quelques degrés peut-être évaporés avec le phénomène "rentrée " 😉 L'épicerie, par contre, manquait d'achalandage "pique-nique" et denrées alimentaires sachant que le snack était fermé le midi.. Quant à l'espace bien-être... hors-service. Cela dit, nous avons été conquis par la petite ferme et ses animaux particulièrement affectueux, les chevrettes notamment.. Les ânes étaient aussi très accessibles. Mais, svp, enlevez l'espèce de tête de mort à côté des noms de Napoléon et Nestor... Ma fille en a été littéralement effrayée à en pleurer au moment du coucher! On en garde cependant un bon souvenir de fin d'été et qui sait...l'été prochain ?!

    Mauvais expérience On a voulu louer pour 1 nuit On a eu un Mobil home sale Poussière etc.... Moisissure sur un plateau repas Plus d eau chaude à 23h.. Oui fin de bouteille de gaz... Ils n ont qu'à vérifier ou changer en cas de nouvelle location Terrasse en bois... Il pleuvait J ai failli tomber vers l arrière J aurai pu me casser qq chose Un tapis anti dérapant sa existe On s était tromper de location On avait réserver une tente.. Impossible de les contacté personne réponder... Bon sur ce dernier point il ont était cool ils nous ont donné ce mobil homme .. On a rien payer en plus.... ma compagne leur a dit ce qu elle pensait car ils voulaient nous faire payer 16 donc 200 e pour un Mobil home sans eau chaude et sale Quand on arrive dans un camping ils doivent nous emmener à notre emplacement... La démerde toi À oui ils pleuvait.... Je peux pas mettre les photos sur mon commentaire de l état de propreté du mobile homme Dommage

    Séjourné deux jours en van rien à dire mise à part la propreté des sanitaire mais également des douches ( calcaire robinet qui fuit eau froide et le pire du caca dans les douche ) ne mérite pas trois étoile
