    Un super endroit pour passer des vacances à l’ombre et à deux pas de la mer. Un grand merci à Donovan et Capucine pour avoir super bien occupé nos deux enfants!

    Nous avons séjourné à Huttopia Chardon Bleu sur l'Île de Ré et nous tenons à exprimer notre grande déception. Les photos sur le site internet ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité. ​Le logement est en très mauvais état, loin de l'image de qualité et de propreté que l'on pourrait attendre. Plusieurs poignées de fenêtres sont cassées, rendant leur manipulation difficile. Le mobilier est abîmé par l'humidité, comme en témoignent les dégâts sur les panneaux de particules de la salle de bain. Le sèche-serviettes est défectueux et semble avoir été mal réparé. ​C'est vraiment dommage de constater un tel manque d'entretien. Si l'environnement général est agréable, l'état de l'hébergement donne un sentiment de délaissement. Pour un séjour d'un tel prix, la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. La différence entre ce qui est vendu et ce qui est livré est trop grande. Il est important d'être honnête sur l'état des lieux pour éviter de mauvaises surprises aux clients.
