General information

This natural dream cabin with an area of 50 m² is made entirely of wood.... Plus point: bedding and towels are included!

On the first floor you will find a common area with a kitchenette (with sink, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and dishes), a living room with a double sofa bed, a wood-burning stove and a dining area.

There is also a large bedroom with a double bed of 140x200 cm and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds of 80 × 200 and a mezzanine with a double bed of 140x200.

Outside you can enjoy a spacious wooden terrace of 12 m² with a picnic table and a parasol, as well as two folding chairs and a plancha.

    We spent 3 nights at this campsite in the middle of the forest. It was our first time in the Dordogne and we were very satisfied with our stay. The hut was clean and nothing was missing. The mix of "cabane" and sleeping under canvas is great for children. Beyond the accommodation, we really appreciated Valerie and Lionel's welcome: kindness, service and good advice, everything was there, with golfette driving lessons as a bonus for our son 😉! Many thanks to them! We'll be back with great pleasure! The people from Toulouse 😉 Marie, Olivier, Emma and Tom.

    Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce camping en pleine forêt. C’était la première fois pour nous en Dordogne et nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. La cahutte était propre et rien ne manquait. Le mix « cabane » et nuit sous une toile est top pour les enfants. Au delà de l’hébergement, nous avons vraiment apprécié l’accueil réservé par Valerie et Lionel : gentillesse, service et bons conseils, tout y était avec cours de conduite de golfette en bonus pour notre fils 😉!     Our stay at Huttopia in August 2025 was unfortunately very disappointing. The Cabane was right on hiking trails, with no privacy. In the heat of 40 degrees, we had to use handcarts to climb a slope with all the luggage because you are not allowed to unload your car at the cottage. Inside it was bloody hot, hardly any shade and only a small fan. The refrigerator did not close properly, so only lukewarm drinks. The pool was small and crowded and the heat meant we could do few activities. No wifi and poor cell phone coverage also made planning trips difficult.

    Ons verblijf bij Huttopia in augustus 2025 viel helaas erg tegen. De Cabane lag pal aan wandelpaden, zonder privacy. In de hitte van 40 graden moesten we met handkarren een helling op met alle bagage want je mag je auto niet even bij het huisje uitladen. Binnen was het bloedheet, nauwelijks schaduw en alleen een kleine ventilator. De koelkast sloot niet goed, dus alleen lauwe drankjes. Het zwembad was klein en overvol en door de hitte konden we weinig activiteiten doen. Geen wifi en slecht mobiel bereik maakten het plannen van uitstapjes ook lastig.

    Beautiful surroundings, beautiful forest area, friendly staff. The bosspa is wonderful for relaxing. The mountainside on which the accommodations are located is not obvious for everyone to walk up and down each time. There was ambiguity on arrival about the restaurant offerings, but this was quickly cleared up. Given that we stayed there at the end of the season, there was a very limited supply in terms of meals.

    Mooie omgeving, prachtig bosgebied, vriendelijk personeel. De bosspa is heerlijk om te ontspannen. De berghelling waarop de accomodaties liggen is niet voor iedereen evident om telkens op en af te lopen. Er was bij aankomst onduidelijkheid over het aanbod in het restaurant, maar dit werd snel uitgeklaard. Gezien we er aan het eind van het seizoen verbleven, was er een zeer beperkt aanbod qua maaltijden.
