  1. In case of cancellation, you will pay a fee. This amounts to:

  • for cancellation more than three months before the commencement date, 15% of the agreed price;

  • in case of cancellation within three to two months before the starting date, 50% of the agreed price;

  • in case of cancellation within two to one months before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price;

  • for cancellation within one month before the commencement date, 90% of the agreed price;

  • for cancellation on the day of the effective date, 100% of the agreed price.

  2. The remuneration shall be refunded proportionately, after deduction of administration costs, in the event that the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday maker and with the written consent of the entrepreneur for the same period or part thereof.

  • 40% 8 days after bookings date
  • 60% 8 weeks before arrival date
