  The cancellation options for a STAY differ depending on the rate chosen by the CLIENT. Cancellation is not possible for a stay with a “no flex” rate.

  If the CLIENT wishes to cancel, he must inform HUTTOPIA by either sending a letter to the following address: HUTTOPIA SA, Service clients, rue du Chapoly, 69290 Saint Genis les Ollières; or by sending an email to info@huttopia.com.

  HUTTOPIA points out to the CLIENT that if the cancellation is not made in accordance with the conditions in this article, the CLIENT is liable to pay all amounts due under the Contract. Regardless of the cancellation date taken into account, no administration fees or any insurance costs taken out will be refunded. Any cancellation fees will be determined based on the date on which the cancellation letter/email is received and according to the following schedule:

  Classic rate cancellation schedule:

  • fee 40% up to 30 days before the arrival date
  • fee 100% from 29 days before the arrival date

  Zen rate cancellation schedule:

  • no fee up to 10 days before the arrival date
  • fee 100% from 9 days before the arrival date

  Regardless of the cancellation date, reservation fees and the insurance option will not be refunded.
