The Lodge Cosy is a comfortable, sustainable accommodation of 24 m², suitable for up to five people. The lodge is completely non-smoking and features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is well-equipped and practically arranged with a refrigerator, freezer, four-burner stove, microwave, and a filter coffee machine, suitable for five people.     The CANDIDATE must inform the CAMPING by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by e-mail at the contact address of the campsite. The date of receipt of the cancellation notice determines the applicable cancellation costs. In case of cancellation by the TENANT, the following fees are due: – reservation and insurance costs as compensation for the cancellation of the rental contract; – 30% of the total accommodation costs in case of cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date; – 100% of the accommodation costs in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.

    To protect you against unforeseen events, we offer you a cancellation option from our partner NEAT INSURANCE during the booking process. This is an optional coverage, calculated at 4.5% of the accommodation costs. The Neat Camping Flex insurance offers extensive coverage for outdoor hotel stays, including trip cancellation (up to 100% with documentation or 70% without), trip interruption, late arrival, change fees, damage to accommodation (up to €800), replacement vehicle in case of breakdown or accident, and veterinary assistance for dogs and cats (up to €250 for two consultations per stay). It also includes the return of forgotten personal belongings (up to €150). The subscription must be taken out at booking or before cancellation fees apply. The coverage is valid throughout your stay, up to a maximum of three months. Claims are processed quickly, with refunds within 48 hours after approval.     I showed up at this campsite for a business meeting that had been scheduled since October. No one was there to greet me. After waiting, I had to call the contact number: the person I spoke to on the phone told me she didn't even know about the appointment. This lack of communication and seriousness is totally unacceptable for a company that's supposed to be organized. Change your recruitment methods.

    Je me suis présenté à ce camping pour un rendez-vous professionnel prévu depuis Octobre. Personne n’était présent pour m’accueillir.     Very nice and quiet campsite in the acorn forest. Good starting point to explore Gorges , Roussillon by bike. Everything you need available, including pool. The restaurant was closed during our visit. Friendly reception. Male and female toilets and showers are not separated but very clean.

    Sehr schöner und ruhiger Campingplatz im Eichelwald. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Gorges , Roussillon mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, inkl. Pool. Das Restaurant war währen unseres Besuches geschlossen. Freundlicher Empfang. Toiletten und Duschen sind von Weiblein und Männlein nicht getrennt aber sehr sauber.
