The house stands on a fenced, private plot only 30 metres from the shore of the crystal-clear Lake Klępnicko. Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting living room with a practical kitchenette, ideal for easy holiday cooking and relaxed evenings together. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

Climb up to the mezzanine and you’ll discover a second bedroom with two single beds and a TV. From here you have a beautiful view over the lake – watching the sunrise from your bed is simply unforgettable.

Outside, a spacious terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue invites you to spend long days in the open air. Walk just a few steps and you reach your private pier, perfect for fishing, relaxing or jumping into the water via the ladder for a refreshing swim. The nearest public beach is only 100 metres away. You can also use the rowing boat for free, shared with guests from two neighbouring houses.

The price includes bed linen, towels, the local tourist tax and safe parking, so you can travel light and worry-free. A baby cot is available on request, making this a comfortable choice for families with young children.

The nearest town, Łobez, is around 12 km away for shopping and dining.
