    Did not get to use the Hot tub for half of my stay. The property was advertised with a hot tub. chose it then because of this and did not get a refund on the price because it did not work.... the next day they did come to fix it....

    Hebben dit verblijf geboekt de eerste week van januari. Het was heel de week aan het sneeuwen maar te temperaturen waren rond de 0 wat het nog oke maakte om buiten te komen enkel autorijden was wat uitdagender. De locatie onder de sneeuw is echt mooi. De weg tot de chalets is prive waardoor als het rustig is de baan mooi wit is. Aanmelden gebeurd bij de receptie dat heel behulpzaam is, wel spijtig dat de openingsuren wat beperkt zijn maar dit is normaal in laag seizoen... We hadden de Logde+Hot tub geboekt. Deze zijn semi afgesloten van andere wat nu geen probleem was want het was toch rustig. Spijtig genoeg hebben we de eerste avond van ons verblijf geen gebruik kunnen maken van de Hot tub doordat het kraantje niet aan de wonig is maar een paaltje buiten waardoor het was dichtgevroren. Dit hebben ze wel de dag erna direct opgelost waardoor we het toch konden gebruiken. Voor de rest was de locatie zeer proper, alles was aanwezig voor een gezellig weekend. Kleine verbeterpunten: - de shampoo en showergel waren niet genoeg gevuld. - de lodge was voor 4p (2 x 2persoonsbed) bedden waren opgemaakt maar enkel 2 handdoeken ipv 4 maar weet zeker dat als we er voor nog zouden vragen we deze hadden gekregen. Al bij al een mooie locatie, goede service. Tot snek!
