Looking for a holiday that’s just that little bit more special? On houseboat Hausboot Fjordblick (4 persons) in the harbour of Barth you stay on the water instead of next to it. This moored houseboat lies in a separate, peaceful part of the picturesque marina and offers you a unique mix of nature, comfort and city vibes.

The eye‑catcher is the spacious roof terrace. Here you can lounge, read a book or enjoy long summer evenings with a drink in your hand, while you look out over the Bodden. From the upper deck you have magnificent, wide views across the water – perfect for sunrise coffees and sunset photos.

Inside, the houseboat is comfortably furnished for up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ideal if you’re travelling as a family, with friends or as two couples and like a bit of privacy. The living area is cosy and bright, and thanks to the moored location you enjoy that gentle rocking feeling of being really on the water, but with the comfort of a holiday home.

You stay close to nature, yet you’re also just a short walk away from Barth’s charming old town and city harbour. Stroll past medieval alleys, lovingly restored town houses and impressive brick Gothic buildings, then relax on the harbour square or promenade. Want to get active? On site you can rent bicycles or boats and make use of the harbour facilities. A handcart is available to easily transport your luggage across the marina.

Highlights such as energy costs (until 2025), Wi‑Fi (limited in the harbour) and parking are included. Nearby you’ll find a small guarded beach on the Bodden, and the endless Baltic Sea beaches on the Fischland‑Darß peninsula are only about 10 km away – easy to reach by car, bike or boat. Here you can explore idyllic villages with thatched‑roof houses, enjoy relaxed beach days and try all kinds of water sports such as sailing, surfing, swimming, rowing and paddling.

    The location is beautiful, but the houseboat is in very neglected condition; the stairs to the roof terrace had been ripped out of the holders, the railing on the left side of the roof terrace was dangerously loose, the shower water didn't drain, I had to pull 300 grams of hair out of the drain, the windows were dirty and the boat was completely covered in cobwebs on the outside, the smoke detector had been removed, there were holes in the sheets, the gas grill was completely dirty and couldn't be used until I cleaned it, the refrigerator was completely frozen and had to be defrosted so the lid could be closed again, etc. The location and layout were great.

    De ligging is prachtig, maar de woonboot is in zeer verwaarloosde staat; de trap naar het dakterras was uit de houders gerukt, de leuning aan de linkerkant van het dakterras zat gevaarlijk los, het douchewater liep niet weg, ik moest 300 gram haar uit het putje halen, de ramen waren vies en de boot zat aan de buitenkant helemaal onder de spinnenwebben, de rookmelder was verwijderd, er zaten gaten in de lakens, de gasgrill was helemaal vies en kon niet worden gebruikt totdat ik hem had schoongemaakt, de koelkast was helemaal bevroren en moest worden ontdooid zodat de deksel weer dicht kon, etc. De ligging en de indeling waren geweldig.

    Location very nice but the houseboat in a very unkempt condition; stairs to the roof terrace torn from the bracket, railing left on the roof terrace very dangerous loose, water of the shower did not run off 300 gram hair from the drain, windows dirty as well as the boat completely from the outside full of spider threads, smoke detector dismantled, bed sheet holes, gas grill completely dirty not usable until after cleaning by me, simply in the refrigerator completely iced would have to be defrosted times so that the flap closes again etc .     Lage sehr schön aber das hausboot in einem sehr ungepflegt Zustand; Treppe zur dach Terrasse aus der Halterung gerissen, Geländer links auf der Dachterrasse sehr gefährlich lose , Wasser der Dusche lief nicht ab 300 gram Haare aus dem Ablauf geholt, Scheiben dreckig sowie das Boot komplett von außen voller spinnfäden, rauchmelder abgebaut , Bettlaken Löcher, gasgrill völlig verdreckt nicht nutzbar erst nach Reinigung von mir , einfach im Kühlschrank völlig vereist müsste mal abgetaut werden damit die Klappe wieder schließt etc .
