Spend the night like a shepherd! A holiday in this charming wagon with wooden paneling invites you to dream of times gone by... Up to 4 young-at-heart guests and adventurers can enjoy a unique vacation experience in the shepherd's wagon. They are 21 m² in size and have a covered terrace of 6 m². The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including an electric stove, coffee maker, and toaster.

Bed linen, towels, internet, additional costs, and final cleaning are included in the price.

Auf dem Simpel Campsite is open all year round, idyllically located in the forest and just 800 meters from Heide Park Resort Soltau. Enjoy delicious homemade dishes in the square’s restaurant, or from June to September, enjoy weekly fresh grilled dishes. Breakfast is offered in an extensive modular system, so there’s something for everyone. The on-site shop also sells fresh bread rolls daily.

The modern sanitary facilities are partly accessible for disabled guests and some have a separate baby bathroom.

No one will be bored at Auf dem Simpel! There is a large children’s playground, an outdoor pool, a beach volleyball court, and much more. To explore the area, you can rent an e-bike or bicycle at the campsite and head straight into the beautiful nature.

The Area around Auf dem Simpel Campsite

Just a few kilometers from the campsite, you can discover one of the most beautiful natural areas in Lower Saxony, the Lüneburg Heath. Explore the many walking and cycling paths that lead across the Lüneburg Heath, or take a coach ride! The coachmen often have interesting anecdotes or local insider tips to share. Within an 80 km radius, you can also reach the cities of Hamburg, Hanover, Bremen, Lüneburg, and Celle. A walk like this through the city is definitely worth a trip or two!

The renowned Heide Park Resort is just 800 meters away and easily reached on foot! The Designer Outlet Soltau or the Soltau Thermal Baths are perfect for a rainy day.
