General information
Make your long-cherished childhood dream come true and spend the night in a beautiful treehouse. At Baumpalast, a glamping in Germany, there are seven stunning treehouses for a truly unforgettable holiday.
The accommodation The treehouses are located on the edge of a forest and offer a wonderful view of the surroundings. There are five treehouses for four people, one treehouse for three people, and one treehouse for six people (max. four adults). All accommodations have heating and can therefore be booked all year round. Every treehouse is equipped with electricity and a composting toilet. Showers and other facilities are available at the nearby campsite. The houses are cozily furnished in a rustic style, and have comfortable double beds and bunk beds. The spacious furnished terrace is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast.
The facilities The treehouse at Baumpalast in Baden-Württemberg is pet friendly, so your dog is welcome to join your holiday. You will also find a playground for the children at the campsite. The campsite with sanitary facilities is 312 steps from the treehouses. Just south of the campsite, also within walking distance, there are three lovely lakes where you can swim and relax. There is also a large barbecue pit near the treehouses, and you can borrow all the barbecue equipment from the glamping.
The surroundings This glamping at Baumpalast in Baden-Württemberg is quietly situated in nature, away from the noise of cars and crowds. Here, you can truly unwind. The glamping is located on the “Fränkisch-Schwäbischer Jakobsweg,” which connects Würzburg with the Caminos de Santiago in Switzerland, France, and Spain, all leading to Santiago de Compostela. You can also go on many beautiful hikes and bike rides in the area. About a 15-minute drive away is the historic town of Ellwangen with its famous pilgrimage church.
Extra facilities The treehouses do not have cooking facilities, but you can reserve a breakfast that is hoisted to your treehouse in the morning with a hook and rope. Less than 500 meters from the treehouses is the inn ‘Linde’ where you can have dinner. You can also order food to be delivered. Make your holiday or weekend getaway in the treehouse extra special by hiking with huskies through nature—this is also incredibly fun for the children.
