Staying in a Pod in Brandenburg is an experience in itself. The very cozy Gothic cottages are grouped around a small central square. Each cottage is suitable for 3 adults, or two adults and two children. You have a kitchen, a bedroom with a comfortable bed, and a living room with a sofa bed. Depending on the type of Gothic cottage, you also have either a toilet or a full bathroom. A radio and television provide extra entertainment. The covered terrace, with garden furniture, is a pleasant place to relax. The campsite has two spacious sanitary facilities where you can shower for free.

The reception is more than happy to provide you with information about the area. Here you can buy tickets for bus tours and other events, rent bikes/e-bikes and boats, as well as sports equipment. In the supermarket you can do your daily shopping and buy fresh bread. The Café-Restaurant Waldschlösschen offers authentic, homemade dishes. There are also various sports facilities such as a volleyball court, a table tennis table, and a cozy little beach. From the pier you can fish, or head onto the water with a boat. For children, there is a playground, a bouncy castle, pedal cars, and a fun petting zoo. In the high season, there is an animation team present.

The overwhelmingly beautiful nature, with forests, lakes, vast fields, and a very diverse flora and fauna, makes this a popular holiday destination. Follow the many walking and cycling paths in the area and be amazed by all the natural beauty. The Havelland Cycle Route is one of the most beautiful trails along the water in Germany. You can also enjoy a day exploring culture in Berlin (80km) or Potsdam (70km). Berlin is accessible in just 40 minutes by train from the station in Rathenow, with its historic town center. A boat trip on the Havel or the Spree is also highly recommended. In the surroundings of the campsite you will also find museums such as the Lilienthal Museum, Museum Kolonistenhof, the Schloss Klessen toy museum, and the family park Karls Erlebnisdorf.
