Each villa features two bedrooms with double beds, a spacious living, dining and kitchen area, a bathroom with separate toilet and of course a private rooftop terrace with lake view. You can choose from four unique locations – with or without a gas stove:

Welcome to Floating Village Brombachsee! Upon arrival you will be comfortably transported to your water villa by shuttle. On site, you'll have access to your digital holiday assistant via a QR code – for ordering breakfast, leisure tips, newspapers, sauna reservations and more. Relax in the private villa sauna in villa LP05 or treat yourself to the exclusive jetty sauna for two with a view of the lake. SUP rental, reception and free Wi-Fi add extra comfort. Everything you need – from soap to dishwashing liquid – is already provided. On request, your transfer to the airport or an excursion destination can also be arranged. Sit back and enjoy your holiday on the water!

The surroundings of Bavaria, Germany

Right on your doorstep is the large Brombachsee. From your private terrace at the front you have direct access to the lake! Perfect for walking, swimming or SUP boarding. The Kleine Brombachsee is also just around the corner. By car, you can reach the historic Roman city of Weißenburg, with city walls and a thermal bath museum, within 15 minutes. Also nearby: the hop town of Spalt with its brewery museum and charming old town (about 20 min). Fancy nature and adventure? The climbing park "Abenteuerwald Enderndorf" is only 20 minutes away. Or take a trip to the Altmühlsee or Rothsee – perfect for cycling and relaxing in nature. For a city trip, you can get to Nuremberg in just 35 minutes by train. And for some medieval ambiance, you’ll be in Dinkelsbühl in about an hour.
