Although there is no restaurant at the campsite, you don't have to miss out on refreshments. Right next to the information hut, a fridge with a selection of drinks is at your disposal – including beer, wine, soft drinks, and mineral water. So you can treat yourself to a cool refreshment during the stated opening hours and fully enjoy your stay in the heart of nature.
The Surroundings of Maiersdorf, Austria
The cozy Gasthaus Kamper Stelzenheuriger is just a 15-minute walk from the glamping site – perfect for a hearty snack or a glass of wine with a view of the Hohe Wand. In the village you'll find a small Nah & Frisch with a cigarette machine and an ATM. There's a Billa supermarket in Stollhof (5 minutes by car) and further shopping options in Winzendorf (10 minutes).
The region around the Hohe Wand is perfect for walks, hikes, and excursions. The Hohe Wand Skywalk, with its impressive views, and the nature park with its wildlife enclosure, are especially worth visiting.
