General information
Experience an idyllic nature holiday at Hofgut Hopfenburg, a beautiful glamping in Baden-Württemberg set within a UNESCO designated biosphere nature reserve. Stay in a charming gypsy wagon, tipi, or yurt with your loved one and discover all that this stunning region has to offer.
The gypsy wagon, tipi and yurt of Hofgut Hopfenburg
Stay in one of the cozy gypsy wagons, either as a couple or with the family. These charming accommodations are entirely finished with wood, with attention to detail. Depending on the type, the gypsy wagon can accommodate two to a maximum of six people. Some gypsy wagons have a private kitchenette and running water, depending on the wagon type. All wagons are equipped with electricity and heating, and are also pet-friendly—your dog is welcome to stay as well. Sanitary facilities are within walking distance. You can also stay in a tipi or a large yurt. Both are suitable for up to four people. The yurt is decorated and furnished in a fully nomadic style and has no insulation or heating. An extra warm blanket and a hot water bottle make even colder nights very comfortable. The handmade tipis, inspired by the tipis of the Native Americans in Missouri, are likewise atmospheric and unique. The comfortable beds and warm blankets guarantee a wonderful night's sleep. The tipi also lacks heating or insulation, but an extra blanket or sleeping bag and a hot water bottle will keep you nice and warm. The tipi and the yurt both have a compact kitchenette with equipment, but only the yurt has cooking facilities.
