The Eco Lodges at It Dreamlân

Do you love camping and the outdoors, but don’t feel like dragging all your camping gear along? Then the eco lodges are perfect for a true glamping holiday. You’ll stay at a cosy small campsite, experiencing the luxury of comfortable beds, your own bathroom, and a kitchen! The Trek-ins are sustainably built from recycled materials and are beautifully and sleekly designed both inside and out. Staying in one of these snug Tiny Houses is an amazing experience. Thanks to the large windows, nature almost enters your room and you'll enjoy stunning views over the wide Frisian meadows.

The lodges are 35 m² and accommodate up to 4 adults. There are two double beds on top of each other in a cosy box bed, and with the sofa bed or an extra child's bed, another 1 or 2 children can sleep there. The Trek-in has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and a small but fully equipped kitchen. Outside, you’ll find a picnic table for sunny meals and two comfortable lounge chairs for relaxing moments. Of course, the lodges are heated so you can also enjoy a comfortable stay in winter. The lodges also have Wifi and a TV.

The facilities at It Dreamlân

Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in the middle of nature, where in the evenings you can unwind by the covered firepit with lounge cushions, chat about your day, enjoy a good book, or toast marshmallows. It Dreamlân is also a wonderful place for children. On the campsite, there is a fun playground and a trampoline, and there are cool go-karts available to borrow. By the jetty, the free canoes and kayaks are ready to go for a paddle. Children catch fish with nets in the ditch, bake the tastiest cakes in the sandbox, and jump cheerfully on the trampoline, discovering the wonders of the outdoors as they play.

The area around Kollumerpomp, Friesland

On the mudflats, you can enjoy the fresh sea air and admire the many birds. A mudflat hiking tour is a unique experience that lets you discover the special Wadden area up close. It’s no coincidence that the Wadden Sea is on the World Heritage List! The cities of Leeuwarden and Groningen are easily reachable by car—perfect for a day of shopping or soaking up culture. The Eleven Cities town of Dokkum is within cycling distance and ideal for a relaxing afternoon strolling and enjoying the terraces.

Minke and Robert, the enthusiastic owners of It Dreamlân, are happy to welcome you and share tips for beautiful bike rides and fun days out. Their children, Olke, Tjalle, and Jikke, always enjoy meeting other kids in the sandbox or for a game of football.
