Each of the four exclusive luxury Tiny Houses features its own kitchen, a dining area with space for 4 people, 2 sleeping lofts each with two beds, and a private bathroom with shower. Everything you need is provided—highly functional and furnished according to the latest standards in a unique style. There’s also a private terrace with sun loungers where you can soak up the sun and simply relax in the middle of nature.

Our two Top Roof Tiny apartments for two people each offer a completely new interpretation of the tiny house feeling. Your Top Roof Tiny features a spacious sleeping loft with a double bed, an open living/dining room, and a small, cozy kitchen. You have a fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, sink, and dishes at your disposal. The modern bathroom is located between the apartments, is shared by both Tiny apartments, and offers extra comfort. A special highlight is the roof terrace: with breathtaking panoramic views and comfortable seating, this is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy.

Ocean Chalet

The Ocean Chalet holiday home, accommodating up to six people, offers a spacious kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a sleeping loft, and a large living and dining area with its own terrace and air conditioning. A special feature is the panoramic wood-burning stove with glass windows, perfect for relaxing in front of.

The Tiny lodges by Ellertshäuser Lake are the perfect place for a solo retreat, a holiday for two, or time with the whole family. Your host will warmly welcome you—in German, English, or Spanish. Relax in the Tiny lodge sauna house on cold winter days or take a dip in the large infinity pool with panoramic glass in summer—let your thoughts drift away. Enjoy the communal atmosphere on the large—glass-covered—shared terrace. It invites you to play, hang out, read, cook and eat together, or just chill. There’s also a restaurant, a kiosk, beach volleyball courts, and a table tennis table.

The surroundings of Ellertshäuser Lake

In the heart of Germany, in little Lower Franconia, between the Steigerwald, Hassberge and Rhön, you’ll feel right at home in the Schweinfurt district. Surrounded by nature, right on the swimming lake, you can enjoy outdoor activities such as sailing, pedal boating, mountain biking, and nordic walking. Breweries and restaurants are nearby. Excursions to Bamberg, Würzburg, Coburg, Schweinfurt, Steigerwald, Hassberge, the Schwedenschanze viewing tower, and the wildlife park in Schweinfurt are highly recommended.
