The large safari tent is ready for you upon arrival and is equipped with all modern comforts. Inside, there are two sleeping areas; one with a double canopy bed and one with two bunk beds. The tent therefore accommodates up to 6 people. In the living area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, a refrigerator, and a sink with running water. There's a corner sofa with a coffee table, as well as a dining table with a bench and chairs. The large tent flaps at the front can be rolled up, incorporating the terrace into the living area. The terrace is covered and furnished with a table and wicker chairs. The sanitary facilities are within walking distance.

Join the table in the rustic barn or in the garden, under the old trees, together with locals, fellow campers, and food lovers. The communal dinners offer enjoyable evenings in French style, but with a local twist! After an aperitif and a tour through the food forest, a four-course dinner is served, prepared with fresh products from their own harvest and the region.

Voedselbron Graauw is situated just outside Graauw, surrounded by the beautiful Zeelandic Flanders polder landscape, where you can walk and cycle to your heart’s content. Along the way, enjoy wide vistas that highlight the region’s beauty. Nature lovers will certainly want to visit the Drowned Land of Saeftinghe, one of the most beautiful nature areas in the Netherlands. Various nature excursions can also be undertaken in the area.

The fortified town of Hulst is only 8 km from the safari tents in Zeeland. Immerse yourself in the rich history, culture, and Burgundian conviviality of this picturesque town. Fancy a trip to the beach? The quiet beaches along the Westerschelde are nearby, and within an hour you can be at the popular Zeeland beaches of Cadzand, Breskens, Groede, or Nieuwvliet.

Foodies will also be entirely satisfied here, as there are plenty of restaurants and cafés in the vicinity. The dishes are prepared with products fresh from the land or the sea, often with a characteristic salty undertone that makes the region so unique.

Other facilities

Voedselbron Graauw is part of the organic arable farm De Zeeuwse Akker. The products you can buy in the organic shop are freshly harvested from the land and from their own Food Forest – and you can taste it right away. The camping site uses a helophyte filter, its own wastewater treatment system. This means only biologically degradable products may be used, contributing to the sustainable and natural environment of the campsite.
