The cozy bunk bed accommodates up to 2 people. The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower and in the galley you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. From the sun deck you have a magnificent view of the harbor and the Schlei. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a radio with CD player. With the small on-board library and games, the houseboat is a great retreat, even in bad weather. Wi-Fi is also available. There is underfloor heating for the cooler days.

Houseboat Aava is securely moored in the Wiking Marina. It is easily accessible via the B76 and also offers good connection to the Sleeswijk train station. Shopping options can be found in the nearby area and the old town of Sleeswijk is not far away. In the harbor you can also rent pedal boats, kayaks, and bicycles. Please note, the houseboat itself does not rent bikes, only the harbor does. From Sleeswijk you can easily discover the far north: the harbor cities of Husum and Eckernförde are not far away and definitely worth a visit. Or you can spend a day at sea with sand yachts on Germany’s longest mainland beach in St. Peter Ording or on one of the beautiful beaches of Gelting Bay.
