  This provider is affiliated with the branch association of Recron (recreation entrepreneurs), ensuring clear (cancellation) terms regarding your reservation.

  If you cancel more than three months before the agreed date, you must pay 15% of the costs.

  If you cancel between three and two months before the agreed date, you must pay 50% of the costs.

  If you cancel within two to one month before the agreed date, you must pay 75% of the costs.

  If you cancel within one month before the agreed date, you must pay 90% of the costs.

  If you cancel on the agreed day or during your stay, you must always pay 100% of the costs.

• Payment information

  A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. You can pay this amount directly via one of the online payment methods or transfer it to the Villatent account number within 8 working days. The remaining 70% must be paid six weeks before the arrival date. If you book less than six weeks before departure, the full amount must be transferred immediately to the Villatent account number.

• Rebooking guarantee

  The rebooking guarantee allows you to change your vacation to another Villatent location up to 2 weeks before departure.

  Of course there are some rules attached to this as described below:

  • Rebooking can be done free of charge without giving reasons;
  • Rebooking can be done up to 2 weeks before the departure date;
  • The rebooking guarantee applies to the entire reservation;
  • Rebooking is only possible if the vacation is available in the reservation system at the reservation system at the time of rebooking;
  • Rebooking is only possible in the same year of stay;
  • If the travel price of the rebooked vacation is less than the original reservation, the difference will not be refunded;
  • If the price of the rebooked vacation is higher than the original reservation then the difference will be settled with the tenant;
  • The length of stay must remain the same;
  • Rebooking can only be done by telephone and will be confirmed by e-mail.
