The tent house offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.     • Cancellations can only be considered if communicated in writing by the main booker.

    • More than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, the booking can be cancelled in writing free of charge. The main booker will receive a full refund of the deposit in this case.

    • In case of cancellation between 6 and 3 weeks before the start of the stay, you have the right to change the date of the stay to an alternative in the same calendar year, or to a refund of 50% of the booking value. If the new date is more expensive than the original date, an additional payment is required to cover the price difference. If the new date has a lower price, you are not entitled to a refund of the price difference.

    • In case of cancellation between 3 weeks and 1 business day before the start of the stay, there is no possibility to transfer the booking to another date. You will then receive a voucher of 25% of the booking value (rounded to the nearest value) to use for another booking within the same booking season.

    • In case of cancellation within 1 business day or early termination of the stay, the full booking amount is due and no refund is possible by BoerenBed.

    During our vacation we rented one of the tent cottages at the Appelsche. It was a wonderful time. Beautifully furnished tent with a wonderful stove. Private shower house with hot water. The pizza night was a great success. Also the option to book food with it was well taken care of; a delicious warming package with marsmallows, chocolate milk, soup package for a delicious vegetable soup with French bread and a pancake package. The children got to help feed the animals. And there was a playground with trampoline and go-kart track, soccer field and for the little ones also a sandbox and water pump. Despite the bad weather, we had an unforgettable time.

    Tijdens onze vakantie hebben wij een van de tent huisjes op de Appelsche gehuurd. Het was een prachtige tijd. Mooi ingerichte tent met een heerlijke kachel. Eigen douche huisje met warm water. De pizza avond was een groot succes. Ook de mogelijkheid om eten bij te boeken was goed verzorgd; een heerlijk opwarmers pakket met marsmallows, chocolademelk, soep pakket voor een heerlijke groentesoep met stokbrood en een pannenkoeken pakket. De kinderen mochten helpen met het voeren van de dieren. En er was een speelweide met trampoline en skelterbaan, voetbalveldje en voor de kleintjes ook een zandbak en waterpomp. Ondanks het slechte weer hebben we een onvergetelijke tijd gehad.

    Had a wonderful week at De Appelsche Warm welcome in the farm bed tent. Unobstructed views over the fields. Private outdoor stove that you can also use as a fire pit, so enjoyed grilling marshmallows the first evening. At night we saw 2 deer in the field that we looked out on from the tent, these two came back almost every night. Enjoyed the cows with their stubborn calves that were in the field in front of the tent. Around the tent were all different flowers in bloom, just like a field bouquet. Nice to see what butterflies and insects were attracted to it! By the way, a very nice farm store with really delicious grilled chicken on Saturday. To literally lick your fingers at. And also enjoyed the fresh home-made pizza from the stone oven at the tea house. What we had to get used to is that the tents are not as far apart as at the previous farmbed where we were, but because the tents are staggered with the front you are not bothered by each other at all. Oh and the kids had a great time in the playground, with the water pump, the bouncy castle and all the animals. Not to mention looking for fresh eggs, so an omelette every day 😁 Thank you very much Richard and Lycke!

    Heerlijke week gehad bij De Appelsche Warm welkom in de boerenbed tent. Vrij uitzicht over de velden. Een eigen buitenkachel die je ook als vuurkorf kunt gebruiken, dus de eerste avond lekker marshmallows gegrild. ‘s avonds zagen we 2 reeën op het veld waar we vanuit de tent op uitkeken, deze twee kwamen bijna elke avond terug. Genoten van de koeien met hun eigenwijze kalfjes die op het veld voor de tent stonden. Rond de tent stonden allemaal verschillende bloemen in bloei, net een veldboeket. Leuk om te zien wat daar aan vlinders en insecten op afkwam! Trouwens een ontzettend mooie boerderijwinkel met echt overheerlijke gegrilde kippetjes op zaterdag. Om letterlijk je vingers bij af te likken. En ook nog genoten van de verse zelf belegde pizza uit de steenoven bij het theehuis. Waar we even aan moesten wennen is dat de tenten wat minder ver uit elkaar staan dan bij het vorige Boerendbed waar we waren, maar doordat de tenten steeds verspringen met de voorkant heb je helemaal geen last van elkaar. Oja en de kinderen hebben zich geweldig goed vermaakt in de speeltuin, met de waterpomp, het springkussen en alle dieren. En niet te vergeten met het zoeken van verse eitjes, dus elke dag een omeletje 😁 Dankjulliewel Richard en Lycke!
