Wake up on the water with a wide‑open view over Lake Sneek – that’s exactly what you get on Houseboat Agua Dolce. This comfortable floating home lies on the edge of Waterrijck Marina and feels like a luxury holiday cottage, but then surrounded by water.

Inside, the living area is light and cosy thanks to the large windows all around. From the corner sofa you can watch the boats go by, curl up with a book or enjoy a movie night on the TV (no channel package, so bring your own streaming device). The dining area flows into the modern open kitchen, equipped with a 2‑burner induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, kettle and toaster – perfect for slow breakfasts and easy dinners on board.

Houseboat Agua Dolce sleeps up to 4 people. The master bedroom comes with a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe for your luggage. The second bedroom features a solid connected bunk bed (80x200 cm) and its own wardrobe – ideal for kids or an extra couple. Travelling with a little one? There’s a folding baby bed (60x120 cm) and a high chair ready for you, so you can pack lighter. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink with mirror.

Outside is where this houseboat really shines. You have your own spacious garden of about 100 m² right at the water’s edge – a great spot to play, relax or fire up the barbecue. On warm days you can simply jump in for a refreshing swim from your "backyard".

Climb the spiral staircase at the back and you’ll reach the generous roof terrace/sundeck of around 20 m². Here you can lounge on the comfortable seating area, sip your morning Nespresso while the sun rises over the Sneekermeer, or toast the day with a drink at sunset. There’s also a front terrace (8 m²) and a rear terrace (6 m²), so you can always find a sunny or shady spot.
