    Although unfortunately I had to cancel my booking, I still want to leave a review because of the fantastic service from Sandra and the team at Veluwepark de Bosgraaf. From the first contact, communication was super friendly and professional. When I had to submit a cancellation request, Sandra took immediate action and personally contacted Airbnb to arrange everything for me. She kept me informed and made sure everything was handled smoothly and correctly. The quick responses, willingness to think with me and warm, personal approach really make this a top-notch place with a great team. You don't see such great customer service very often!
