    1. In case of cancellation, the holiday maker shall pay a compensation to the entrepreneur. This amounts to:

    • In case of cancellation more than three months before the commencement date, 15% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price;

    • for cancellation within two to one month before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation within one month before the starting date, 90% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation on the day of the starting date, 100% of the agreed price.

    1. The remuneration shall be proportionately refunded, after deduction of administration costs, in the event that the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday maker and with the consent of the entrepreneur, for the same period or part thereof.

    We came to Breebronne a second time for a reason! The homes are clean and well cared for and the facilities at the park are good. Once again, our children had a great time! We do want to point out the following: We blame this on the busy summer vacations, but we had the impression that the bathroom with shower and sink were skipped in the cleaning. The sink still contained toothpaste stains and lime stains were noticeable on the faucet in the shower. After the first shower, footprints were black on the floor. We also noticed cobwebs in the corners of the bathroom. Nothing that disrupted our stay, but would like to point this out to the housekeeping staff as a point of attention. Other than that, the house was in good order and clean so guess this was forgotten in all the hustle and bustle (and in a house with 2 bathrooms).

    We zijn niet voor niets een tweede keer naar Breebronne gekomen! De woningen zijn net en verzorgd en de faciliteiten op het park zijn goed. Onze kinderen hebben zich opnieuw goed vermaakt! We willen wel nog het volgende aangeven: We wijten dit aan de drukke zomervakantie, maar we hadden de indruk dat de badkamer met douche en wastafel overgeslagen waren in de schoonmaak. De wasbak bevatte nog tandpastavlekken en er waren kalkvlekken op de kraan in de douche op te merken. Na de eerste keer douchen waren de voetafdrukken zwart op de vloer. Ook merkten we spinnenwebben op in de hoeken van de badkamer. Niets wat ons verblijf verstoorde, maar willen dit wel als punt van aandacht aangeven aan het huishoudelijk personeel. Verder was het huis goed op orde en schoon dus denk dat dit in alle drukte (en in een huis met 2 badkamers) vergeten is.
