With an area of 68 m², this modern holiday home offers a surprisingly spacious feel. The cozy living room features a comfortable seating area, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. In the open kitchen, you can easily prepare a meal thanks to the combination microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, and boiling water tap. The two bedrooms are atmospherically decorated and come with comfortable bedding (included). The bathrooms have a modern walk-in shower and are ensuite to both bedrooms. Outside, you can enjoy the tranquility and greenery together on the large, covered terrace.

    1. In case of cancellation, the holiday maker shall pay a compensation to the entrepreneur. This amounts to:

    • In case of cancellation more than three months before the commencement date, 15% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price;

    • for cancellation within two to one month before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation within one month before the starting date, 90% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation on the day of the starting date, 100% of the agreed price.

    1. The remuneration shall be proportionately refunded, after deduction of administration costs, in the event that the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday maker and with the consent of the entrepreneur, for the same period or part thereof.

    Nice park, not very many activities for children from 14 to 18 years old. Pool was disappointing, wasn't that big. Lake and beach beautiful. Dog beach great dog enjoyed swimming.
