Cleverly designed and fully equipped

With an area of 68 m², this modern cube is surprisingly spacious. The living room is bright and inviting, with a comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. In the fully equipped open kitchen, you’ll find luxury appliances such as a combination microwave, 4-burner induction cooktop, fridge with freezer compartment, boiling water tap, and a dishwasher. The bedrooms come with made beds upon arrival (if desired) and offer comfortable sleeping space for five people. The two bathrooms are ensuite to the bedrooms and feature a spacious shower and toilet. Outside, a large terrace with overhead covering awaits: the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning sun or a game in the evening air.

    1. In case of cancellation, the holiday maker shall pay a compensation to the entrepreneur. This amounts to:

    • In case of cancellation more than three months before the commencement date, 15% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price;

    • for cancellation within two to one month before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation within one month before the starting date, 90% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation on the day of the starting date, 100% of the agreed price.

    1. The remuneration shall be proportionately refunded, after deduction of administration costs, in the event that the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday maker and with the consent of the entrepreneur, for the same period or part thereof.
