    • In case of cancellation more than three months before the commencement date, 15% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price;

    • for cancellation within two to one month before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation within one month before the starting date, 90% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation on the day of the starting date, 100% of the agreed price.

    1. The remuneration shall be proportionately refunded, after deduction of administration costs, in the event that the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday maker and with the consent of the entrepreneur, for the same period or part thereof.

    We had a wonderful midweek in the forest villa. What an incredibly beautiful vacation home and what luxury! The house is very luxurious and fully equipped. You immediately feel at home and do not want to leave! Currently, the park is working very hard to create many more new vacation homes. This was noticeable by the unpaved paths where our house stood and the large machines that were working. Yet we were not bothered by this and the house and the service of the park was really great! We have never been in such a beautiful vacation home.

    Wij hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad in de bosvilla. Wat een onvoorstelbaar mooie vakantiewoning en wat een luxe! Het huis is zeer luxe en compleet ingericht. Je voelt je meteen thuis en wil niet meer weg! Op dit moment wordt er heel hard aan het park gewerkt om nog veel meer nieuwe vakantiewoningen te creëren. Dit was wel te merken aan de onverharde paden waar onze woning stond en de grote machines die bezig waren. Toch hebben wij hier geen last van gehad en het huis en de service van het park was echt geweldig! Wij hebben nog nooit in zo'n mooie vakantiewoning gezeten.
