The Bos Villa is one of the most luxurious holiday homes in the Netherlands and forms the perfect base for a relaxing stay in nature or by the water. Whether you come with family, a couple of friends, or with grandparents and grandchildren – everything in this villa is about comfort, atmosphere, and enjoying in style.

The Bos Villa features three comfortable bedrooms with made-up beds (optional). The bedroom layout consists of two bedrooms each with a box spring bed 160 cm wide and one bedroom with a bunk bed. There is also a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The atmospheric living room is finished with leather wall paneling, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped with a combination microwave, a 4-burner induction hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a boiling water tap. Thanks to the large windows, the interior is wonderfully light, and outside you can enjoy long summer evenings or breakfast with a view of the forest on the spacious, partly covered terrace.

    1. In case of cancellation, the holiday maker shall pay a compensation to the entrepreneur. This amounts to:

    • In case of cancellation more than three months before the commencement date, 15% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price;

    • for cancellation within two to one month before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation within one month before the starting date, 90% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation on the day of the starting date, 100% of the agreed price.

    1. The remuneration shall be proportionately refunded, after deduction of administration costs, in the event that the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday maker and with the consent of the entrepreneur, for the same period or part thereof.

    De locatie in het vakantiepark BreeBronne in Maasbree is werkelijk prachtig. Helaas heeft de tussenkomst van Belvilla onze ervaring minder aangenaam gemaakt. Door verkeerde informatie vooraf moesten we bij aankomst nog 30-40% extra betalen voor verborgen kosten, zoals reserveringskosten, schoonmaakkosten en toeristenbelasting. Deze kosten hadden duidelijk vermeld kunnen worden tijdens het reserveringsproces, maar zijn helaas moeilijk terug te vinden. Het vakantiepark zelf is absoluut een aanrader, maar ik raad andere gasten af om via Belvilla te boeken; dit voelt voor mij als misleiding.
