    Without cancellation insurance or with cancellation insurance and without a valid cancellation reason (without coverage), the following cancellation conditions apply. The fees payable by tenant in case of cancellations are:

    Beautiful park and there is a fireworks ban which was well enforced with one minor exception. After 00.00 hours fireworks can be heard outside the park but it was quiet again at 01.00 hours. Not all cottages are suitable for the disabled.

    Mooi park en er is een vuurwerkverbod dat op een kleine uitzondering na goed werd nageleefd. Na 00.00 uur is er buiten het park wel vuurwerk te horen maar het was om 01.00 uur weer rustig. Niet alle huisjes zijn geschikt voor mindervaliden.

    Beautiful park we have been here several times and will definitely come back. Cottages are clean and modern. We had a wellness cottage. This was all very well done.

    Beautiful park . Convenient to Valkenburg center. Good bus service to Valkenburg and Gulpen. Beautiful nature and castles in the vicinity. Ideal for walking and cycling in the area.

    Cottage was very poorly cleaned made oa: rice in cutlery drawer, bathroom dirty / black edges, towels from previous guests in bathroom drawer, trash in cabinets and on the ground, glasses, plates and cutlery was not complete and food was still in the pans of the previous occupants. After reporting to reception they were a bit laconic about the pans, the rest of the glasses, plates and cutlery was given to us. Also someone was immediately sent to clean the house again. When the cleaning lady first cleaned the toilet and then started wiping the microwave and the kitchen with the same cleaning cloth we sent her away. We then filed a written complaint with the park's customer service department, and with a request for an apology from the desk clerk who did not take us seriously with our complaint, and a refund of the cleaning fee we had paid, for something that had not happened. We were then told that they were sorry for what had happened , and that they did take it seriously but that they had sent someone to clean the cottage anyway, and that they therefore did not refund the cleaning fee. I responded to the email they sent with that I didn't think it was right that I didn't get the cleaning fee refunded, and if they could give me the email address of the main office so I could file a.complaint there. I then received a reply to my email that they were going to refund the cleaning fee anyway and the email address where I could send my complaint if I still felt it necessary. I find it very unfortunate that they first try to blow you off, and then when you indicate that you are moving forward with it that it can suddenly be resolved!

    Huisje was zeer slecht schoongemaakt gemaakt oa : rijst in besteklade, badkamer vies / zwarte randen ,handdoeken van vorige gasten in badkamer lade, prullen in kasten en op grond ,glazen ,borden en bestek was niet compleet en etensresten zaten nog in de pannen van de vorige bewoners. Na melden bij receptie werd over de pannen een beetje laconiek gedaan, de rest van de glazen,borden en bestek werd ons meegeven. Ook werd er meteen iemand gestuurd om het huisje opnieuw schoon te maken. Toen de schoonmaaksters eerst het toilet had schoon gemaakt en vervolgens met dezelfde poetsdoek over de magnetron en de keuken begon te vegen hebben we haar maar weggestuurd. Vervolgens hebben we een schriftelijke klacht ingediend bij de klantenservice van het park, en met een verzoek om excuses van de baliemedewerkster die ons niet serieus nam met onze klacht, en teruggave van de de schoonmaakkosten die we hadden betaald, voor iets wat niet was gebeurt. We kregen vervolgens te horen dat ze het erg vonden wat er was gebeurt , en dat ze het wel serieus namen maar dat ze toch iemand hadden gestuurd om het huisje schoon te maken, en dat ze dan ook niet de schoonmaakkosten deden vergoeden. Ik heb op de mail die ze hebben gestuurd gereageerd met dat ik het niet terecht vond dat ik de schoonmaakkosten niet kreeg vergoed, en als ze mij het e-mailadres van het hoofdkantoor konden geven zodat ik daar een.klacht kon indienen. Ik kreeg vervolgens antwoord op mijn email dat ze toch de schoonmaakkosten gingen vergoeden en het e-mailadres waar ik als ik het nog nodig vond mijn klacht kon heen sturen. Ik vind het zeer jammer dat ze je eerst proberen af te wimpelen, en vervolgens als je aangeeft dat je er verder mee gaat dat het dan ineens wel kan worden opgelost!
