Resort Gulpen 1 is a modern and cosy lodge in the rolling hills of South Limburg – perfect if you love comfort, nature, and a relaxed holiday vibe. Your detached, single-storey lodge is set on a beautiful, car-free resort that opened in 2021, so everything feels fresh, stylish and well thought-out.

Inside, you’ll find a bright living room with large windows, so you’re always in touch with the green surroundings. Sink into the sofa after a day out and stream your favourite series on the smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and combination microwave, making it easy to cook simple dinners or enjoy a relaxed breakfast at your own pace.

The lodge has two bedrooms, each with two comfortable single box-spring beds that can be placed together or apart – ideal for couples, friends, or a small family. The modern bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, and there’s a separate toilet for extra convenience.

Slide open the door to your private garden with a partly covered terrace and garden furniture. Whether the sun is shining or clouds drift by, you can always sit outside with a drink, read a book, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. Because the resort is car-free, it feels extra safe and relaxed, and you can leave your car in the central parking area.

At Resort Gulpen you stay in the heart of South Limburg’s countryside, surrounded by hills, meadows and walking or cycling routes. The park offers different types of holiday homes for 4 to 10 people, so it’s also a great spot if you’re travelling with friends or extended family. Pets are welcome too, so your dog can join your outdoor adventures.

Over New Year’s, the resort aims to be firework-free: fireworks are not allowed in the park, which makes it more pleasant for young families, pets and anyone who prefers a quieter celebration. Please note that the surrounding area may still have some fireworks.
