Wake up with your feet almost in the sand in this cosy beach studio for two in Zandvoort. Your detached beach house stands on a small-scale resort right on the wide sandy beach, with the lively centre of Zandvoort only 1.5 km away. It’s the perfect hideaway for couples who love sun, sea and long beach walks.

Inside, everything is cleverly arranged on one level. The open-plan living and sleeping area has a comfortable double bed and a small sitting area where you can relax with a drink after a day in the salty air. There’s a fridge for your snacks and cold drinks, plus a coffee maker and kettle so you can start your mornings with a fresh cup while you look out towards the beach.

Directly behind the bed you’ll find a modern walk-in shower, giving the studio a hotel-like feel. The toilet is neatly tucked away behind a separate door. Thanks to the air conditioning, you’ll sleep comfortably on hot summer nights, and in the cooler months it doubles as heating so you can enjoy the coast in every season.

Outside is where this place really shines. Step out of your door and you’re on the soft sandy beach – no roads to cross, no crowds to push through. The beach houses are built in two rows; depending on your house number you’ll have a full or partial sea view, but the shoreline is always just a few steps away.

You can reach Zandvoort easily by public transport. From Zandvoort station, take bus 81 or 84 to the “Circuit” stop and walk about 200 metres to the beach. Arriving by car? The resort doesn’t have its own parking, but there are several paid public car parks in and around the town. Parking directly on the beach or in the centre can be pricey, so it’s smart to use a car park or garage on the edge of Zandvoort and check the municipality’s website for cheaper multi-day tickets.
