Wake up with your feet almost in the sand at Beach Houses Zandvoort 3. This detached beach house is part of the small-scale Beach Houses Zandvoort resort, located directly on the wide sandy beach of the lively seaside town Zandvoort. The cosy centre with restaurants, beach bars and shops is just 1.5 km away, so you can easily walk or cycle there.

The beach house is single-storey and smartly laid out, perfect for a relaxed stay with up to four people. Inside you’ll find a bright living room with a dining area and an open, modern kitchen with a fridge-freezer and all the basics you need to prepare simple meals or a leisurely breakfast before you hit the beach.

There are two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable double closet-bed at height, which makes the most of the space and gives the house a cozy, beachy vibe. The bathroom features a shower, and there’s a separate toilet – handy when you’re staying with family or friends. For extra comfort, the accommodation has air conditioning that keeps things pleasantly cool in summer and can be used as heating on cooler days.

Outside is where you’ll probably spend most of your time. Step straight onto the wonderful sandy beach, where comfortable outdoor furniture is ready for you. Start your day with a coffee in the fresh sea air, relax with a book in the sun or enjoy long evenings listening to the sound of the waves. The beach houses are built in two rows; depending on your house number you’ll enjoy a full or partial sea view.

Beach Houses Zandvoort doesn’t have its own car park, but you can park at various public parking areas for a fee. Parking directly on the beach or in the centre can be pricey, so it’s smart to look for car parks or garages on the edge of town, where you can often buy more affordable multi-day tickets via the municipality’s website. Zandvoort is also easy to reach by public transport: from the train station you can take bus 81 or 84 to the “Circuit” stop, from where it’s only about 200 metres to the start of the beach.

Please note: during the Luminosity Festival (25–28 June 2026) it may be busier than usual, and a higher deposit applies. But whenever you come, Beach Houses Zandvoort 3 offers a unique chance to stay right on one of the Netherlands’ most popular beaches.
