Looking for a stylish escape right on the water? At Park Wijdenes 4 you stay in an eco-chic lodge on the banks of the Markermeer. This modern, single-storey lodge combines comfort, design and a relaxed holiday vibe – perfect for a weekend away or a longer break.

Inside, you’ll find a bright living room with large windows and a comfy sofa to sink into after a day outdoors. Stream your favourite series on the Smart TV, or just enjoy the view with a good cup of coffee. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a combination microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, so cooking a simple meal is easy – but you’re also close enough to Hoorn if you’d rather go out for dinner.

    The accommodation itself is good and large enough for 2 people. Unfortunately, it was poorly cleaned when we arrived: including spider webs, dead insects behind the curtains and the sliding door and the dining table had not been wiped clean. It was very annoying that the accommodation is offered with sun loungers (even in the app on the photos "My accommodation"), but no sun loungers were available. An inquiry at reception was refused because "there are no sun loungers at the house" and sun loungers from another, empty house cannot be moved. We were really looking forward to enjoying the day in the sun.

    Die Unterkunft selbst ist gut und ausreichend groß für 2 Personen. Leider war diese bei unserer Ankunft schlecht gereinigt: u.a. Spinnenweben, tote Insekten hinter den Vorhängen und der Schiebetür und der Esstisch war nicht abgewischt. Sehr ärgerlich war, dass die Unterkunft mit Sonnenliegen angeboten wird (sogar in der App auf den Fotos "Meine Unterkunft"), aber keine Sonnenliegen vorhanden waren. Eine Nachfrage bei der Rezeption wurde abgelehnt, da "nun mal bei dem Haus keine Liegen sind" und Liegen von einem anderen, leeren Haus können nicht umgesetzt werden. Da hatten wir uns sehr drauf gefreut, ein wenig in der Sonne den Tag genießen.

    De accommodatie zelf is goed en ruim genoeg voor twee personen. Helaas was deze bij aankomst slecht schoongemaakt: spinnenwebben, dode insecten achter de gordijnen en schuifdeur, en de eettafel was niet afgenomen. Het was erg vervelend dat de accommodatie werd geadverteerd met ligstoelen (zelfs in de app bij de foto's van "Mijn Accommodatie"), maar dat er geen ligstoelen beschikbaar waren. Een verzoek aan de receptie werd afgewezen omdat "er geen ligstoelen in het huis zijn" en ligstoelen uit een ander, leegstaand huis niet meegenomen kunnen worden. We keken er echt naar uit om overdag van een beetje zon te genieten.
