  If you need to cancel the booked holiday, you owe the following amounts: a) more than 60 days before the arrival date: 25% of the tent rental b) between 60 and 41 days before arrival: 50% of the tent rental c) between 40 and 14 days before arrival: 75% of the tent rental d) within 14 days of arrival: 100% of the total trip cost e) early termination of the stay: 100% of the trip cost. Camping de Franse Peer will, if applicable, ensure the refund of (part of) the already paid trip amount within two weeks to the bank account you provide.

  If you cancel a booked holiday within 14 days of booking and the holiday does not take place within the next 60 days, we will cancel the reservation free of charge.

• Payment information

  After booking, the first payment of 25% of the total amount must be transferred to us, which can be done via iDeal or bank transfer within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining amount must be in our account no later than 42 days before arrival. If you book within 10 weeks prior to arrival, you pay the full amount and 100% immediately at booking.

• Booking Modification

  When the main booker is unavailable, the vacated spot can be taken by someone else. In this case, the booking will be transferred. The main booker must inform De Franse Peer by phone. We can then modify your reservation. A modification fee of €15.00 will be charged for this change. The main booker is responsible for settling the already paid trip amount.
