  Cancellation Policy

  
  

  If you cancel the agreement before the effective date you will owe a fixed compensation. This amounts to:

  • For cancellation more than three months before the effective date, 25% of the agreed price;

  • For cancellation within three to two months before the effective date, 50% of the agreed price;

  • If cancelled within one month before the commencement date, 90% of the agreed price;

  • If cancelled within one week before the start date, 100% of the agreed price.

  The tourist tax, environmental costs, cleaning and any other additional extras booked will always be refunded.

• Payment information

  Pay 50% within 14 days of booking and the remainder no later than 30 days before arrival. If you book within a month, you pay the full amount immediately.
