A wonderful location to celebrate vacations! From the recreation park you can make wonderful beach walks and bike rides through the dunes. In addition, there are many facilities for young and old. There is an outdoor pool with toddler and toddler pool, a sports field, panna field, table tennis table and more. There is also a cozy restaurant and bar at the park. And in high season there is an entertainment program for the children with Toppe Bob.

    Early departure due to significant shortcomings - no feedback received

    I ended my stay prematurely after two nights.

    Several shortcomings were noted on arrival and during the stay, including:
    - Significant hygiene deficiencies (including dirty floors soiled floors, toilet heating, microwave, stove, light switch)
    - Water leaking from the floor of the toilet
    - Living room window not closing properly (draught)
    - Gas boiler in the bedroom closet starting up loudly every hour
    - Nocturnal disturbances from surrounding houses (music until approx. 01:00)
    - Nightly knocking on the window pane

    Due to the overall situation, a further stay was not reasonable for me. My dog also showed clear stress reactions due to the repeated nocturnal disturbances.

    The defects were reported several times in writing. I have yet to receive any substantive feedback. Instead, I have received a request for payment for a service that has demonstrably already been paid for.

    Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt nach zwei Nächten vorzeitig beendet.

    Bei Ankunft und während des Aufenthalts wurden mehrere Mängel festgestellt, darunter:
    • Deutliche Hygienemängel (u. a. verschmutzte Böden, WC-Heizung, Mikrowelle, Herd, Lichtschalter)
    • Wasseraustritt am Boden der Toilette
    • Wohnzimmerfenster schließt nicht ordnungsgemäß (Zugluft)
    • Stündlich laut anspringende Gastherme im Schlafzimmerschrank
    • Nächtliche Ruhestörungen durch umliegende Häuser (Musik bis ca. 01:00 Uhr)
    • Nächtliches Klopfen an die Fensterscheibe

    Aufgrund der Gesamtsituation war ein weiterer Aufenthalt für mich nicht zumutbar. Auch mein Hund zeigte durch die wiederholten nächtlichen Störungen deutliche Stressreaktionen.

    Die Mängel wurden mehrfach schriftlich gemeldet. Eine inhaltliche Rückmeldung steht bislang aus. Stattdessen habe ich eine Zahlungsaufforderung für eine nachweisbar bereits gezahlte Leistung.

    Have been coming to Noordwijk all my life, due to last minute need for sea air now for the first time at EuroParcs.
    A little hesitant because of bad reviews, turned out to be unjustified.
    We had 3 people (1 adult, 2 teenagers) the deluxe cottage for 5 people.
    When driving up we were still hoping it would not be that cottage, but it was. Turned out better than the 1st impression suggested.
    The cottage is neat, cozy and quite clean. For 3 people fine, 5 would make me cranky, too cramped.
    Minor flaws such as a lock that doesn't close properly and thus has to be turned from the inside to make sure the dog doesn't escape and the shower head sinking down. Not dramatic.
    Big pluses: location: we had 333a, with unobstructed view over the fields and no privacy. Spacious living room, neat bathroom. More than enough closet space in the bedrooms. Well insulated, very comfortable. Very nice furniture in the living room.
    Friendly people at the reception.

    Minuses: also free view of the waste disposal site, very messy. Directly on sometimes very busy road. Beds very narrow and anything but comfortable, after 2 nights my back was done with it, after 4 nights my physio appeared to be having the day of his life, everything hurts. Children could not turn around properly without hitting the wall. No storage space in the kitchen. Combi microwave in need of replacement. Bathroom gets slippery, solved with small towel under shower on floor and large towel between toilet & sink.
    Park itself tidy, except considerable presence of dog turds. Website suggests easy walk towards beach, which is still quite a bit. We did not mind, but 3 km through dunes is quite a distance for some.

    All in all we had a few very nice days, sleep we'll catch up at home. Price-quality in proportion.

    Komen al mijn hele leven in Noordwijk, vanwege last minute behoefte aan zeelucht nu voor het eerst bij EuroParcs.
    Een beetje huiverig vanwege slechte recensies, bleek onterecht.
    Wij hadden met 3 personen (1 volwassen, 2 tieners) de deluxe cottage voor 5 personen.
    Bij aan komen rijden hoopten we nog dat het niet dat huisje zou zijn, maar dat was het wel. Bleek beter dan de 1e indruk deed vermoeden.
    Het huisje is netjes, gezellig ingericht en behoorlijk schoon. Voor 3 personen prima, 5 zou ik chagrijnig van worden, te krap.
    Kleine gebreken zoals een slot wat niet goed sluit en dus van binnenuit dichtgedraaid moet worden om zeker te weten dat de hond niet ontsnapt en de douchekop die naar beneden zakt. Niet dramatisch.
    Grote pluspunten: ligging: wij hadden 333a, met vrij zicht over de velden en geen inkijk. Ruime woonkamer, nette badkamer. Meer dan genoeg kastruimte in de slaapkamers. Goed geïsoleerd, heel comfortabel. Hele fijne meubels in de woonkamer.
    Vriendelijke mensen bij de receptie.

    Minpuntjes: ook vrij zicht op de milieustraat, erg rommelig. Direct aan soms erg drukke weg. Bedden erg smal en alles behalve comfortabel, na 2 nachten was mijn rug er wel klaar mee, na 4 nachten bleek mijn fysio de dag van zijn leven te hebben, alles doet pijn. Kinderen konden zich niet fatsoenlijk omdraaien zonder tegen de muur te klappen. Geen bergruimte in de keuken. Combi magnetron aan vervanging toe. Badkamer wordt spekglad, opgelost met kleine handdoek onder de douche op de grond en grote handdoek tussen toilet & wastafel.
    Park zelf netjes, behalve de behoorlijke aanwezigheid van hondendrollen. Website doet vermoeden dat je makkelijk richting strand loopt, dat is nog best een stukje. Voor ons niet erg, maar 3 km door duinen is voor sommigen best een eind.

    Al met al een paar hele fijne dagen gehad, slaap halen we thuis wel in. Prijs-kwaliteit in verhouding.

    We stayed at Europark Nordwijk Dünen during Carnival. I was woken up loudly every morning from 5.30/6am by Polish fitters who live around the park. Car doors slamming, loud discussions right by the window, diesel engines running, no consideration whatsoever for vacationers, it's annoying when you're on vacation...

    Wir waren über Karneval im Europark Nordwijk Dünen. Jeden Morgen wurde ich ab 5.30/ 6 Uhr von polnischen Monteuren, die um Park wohnen, laut geweckt. Türenschlagen der Autos, laute Disskussionen direkt am Fenster, laufende Dieselmotoren, keinerlei Rücksicht auf Feriengäste, das nervt, wenn man Urlaub macht...
