Looking for a cosy stay near the coast of Zeeland? Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad 17 is a modern tiny house in a stylish holiday park, just 500 metres from the wide sandy beach. It’s the perfect spot if you love the sea, fresh air and relaxation with a touch of comfort.

This compact yet surprisingly spacious tiny house is spread over two floors and cleverly laid out for up to 4 people. On the ground floor you’ll find a bright living room with a smart TV, ideal for a relaxed movie night after a day on the beach. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and combination microwave, so cooking is easy whether you’re throwing together a quick breakfast or a simple dinner.

On the same floor there’s a comfortable double bedroom with box-spring beds, plus a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs you’ll find the second bedroom with two more box-spring beds. All beds are single box-spring beds that you can place together as a double or keep separate as twins – convenient whether you’re travelling as a couple, with family or with friends.

Outside, you can enjoy your own covered terrace with garden furniture – a great place for a lazy breakfast, an afternoon drink or an evening chat in the fresh sea air. You can park your car close to the tiny house, so you never have to carry your luggage far.

Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is a modern and still expanding holiday park with various types of tiny houses, chalets, lodges, bungalows and villas for 2 to 16 people. So if you’re travelling with a larger group, there are plenty of options nearby. The park also features a swimming pool, although it will be closed for annual maintenance from Monday 1 December 2025 until Friday 5 December 2025 at 15:00.

    The tiny houses were beautifully built, but completely filthy and badly damaged. We got a doghouse with our child, and there was hair everywhere; all the seat cushions were covered in sand, stained and covered with long dog hairs. After cleaning the cottage twice, I ended up mopping and vacuuming it myself. Cyclists race blindly and irresponsibly through the complex. We are disappointed that it is so expensive. The staff seemed irritated.

    De tiny houses zijn mooi gebouwd, maar compleet smerig en zwaar beschadigd. We kregen een hondenhok met ons kind, en overal lag haar; alle zitkussens zaten onder het zand, waren bevlekt en bedekt met lange hondenharen. Nadat ik het huisje twee keer had schoongemaakt, heb ik het uiteindelijk zelf gedweild en gestofzuigd. Fietsers racen blindelings en onverantwoordelijk door het complex. We zijn teleurgesteld dat het zo duur is. Het personeel leek geïrriteerd.

    Die tiny Häuser sind nett gebaut,aber völlig verdreckt und viel kaputt. Wir haben mit Kind ein Haus für Hunde bekommen,überall waren Haare,sämtliche sitzpolster versandet,fleckig und voller langer Hundehaare. Nach zweimaligen nachreinigen habe ich das Haus dann selber gewischt und gesaugt. Die Fahrradfahrer rasen völlig blind und verantwortungslos durch die Anlage. Wir sind enttäuscht für den hohen Preis das ganze so vorzufinden. Das Personal wirkt genervt.

    Geweldig verblijf! We hebben genoten van het binnenzwembad en de nabijheid van het strand, Het huis was zeer schoon en de bedden waren comfortabel, De omgeving was rustig, precies wat we nodig hadden,
