  This provider is affiliated with the branch association of Recron (recreation entrepreneurs), ensuring clear (cancellation) terms regarding your reservation.

  If you cancel more than three months before the agreed date, you must pay 15% of the costs.

  If you cancel between three and two months before the agreed date, you must pay 50% of the costs.

  If you cancel within two to one month before the agreed date, you must pay 75% of the costs.

  If you cancel within one month before the agreed date, you must pay 90% of the costs.

  If you cancel on the agreed day or during your stay, you must always pay 100% of the costs.

• Payment information

  When making a booking you first pay 30% of the travel sum. The remainder of the travel sum you pay no later than 28 days before arrival.

• Rebooking Guarantee

  You can rebook free of charge up to 32 days before arrival. See conditions:

  • The provider does not give money back on the travel price, so the booking cannot become cheaper. However, the booking can become more expensive if you choose another period with different rates (e.g. high season).

  • Rebooking is subject to availability, the accommodation must still be available within the desired period.

  • With rebooking you change the period, not the accommodation.

  • The new arrival and departure dates must be within 12 months of the original arrival date. Example: if you have booked for July 1, 2023, you may rebook until arrival no later than July 1, 2024).

  • You may rebook your booking once.

  • After 1x rebooking the normal cancellation conditions apply 100% cancellation fee.

  • If Welcome In does not rent the accommodation in the chosen period anymore, you can choose another accommodation. Also in this case, Welcome In will not refund your money (see above).

  If you do not contact us within this period and your arrival is less than 32 days away, the normal cancellation conditions will apply.
